  Reserved a vehicle through my insurance as my car is in the shop and they called me 30mins before my scheduled pickup stating they don’t have a vehicle??? They offered a bigger vehicle but I would have to pay more out of pocket which doesn’t seem fair since the error is on their end. I even offered to take the bigger vehicle so I can get to work and come back later to switch it out but they seem adamant on making the customer pay more when they should do a better job of managing inventory. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation for a bigger location such as silver spring with more inventory.

  Shout-out to Ms Nailah, she's a rockstar! She was holding down the fort on her own, picking up customers from the repair shop and dealing with multiple reservations at the same time. She was super helpful and processed everyone as fast as humanly possible. Went above and beyond to get everyone the car they need/want! Thank you!

  Nailah, the manager, provided excellent service throughout my rental experience. When the pickup from the repair shop was delayed, she handled the situation professionally and provided outstanding service recovery. She was also efficient, friendly, and helpful during the return process. Thanks to her exceptional customer service, I would definitely consider using the Enterprise location on New Hampshire Avenue again in the future.
