He special ordered the axle and let me know when it would be there. The next day I got a call from him saying the distributor did not have any and he was looking for a solution. He found one for me at the same price from a reputable vendor and delivered it at the original promised delivery date. Because of his effort I will be coming back. Thank you, Dor!!

Finally the cashier comes back and angrily states "I can't believe noone is helping this man i need to go on break"

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
