  Great customer service, I called to make an appointment to get my tires rotated, they said just come in, they got my car done fast, then they did the tire rotation for free. Highly recommend getting service done at this location. A great experience

  Did not appreciate the aggressive upselling that I "urgently" needed new rear brakes during a recent tire change. After taking it to my regular shop, they confirmed my suspicions that this was not the case and that I had plenty of miles left on them. Overall the tire change came out well, but the cost as expected was much higher than quoted online due to the extra fees and services like alignment. Location was of minimal help with the rebate and simply directed me to take it up with the company online.

  i came in for a front passenger tire replacement. the two guys at the front were beyond helpful. process was smooth and very reasonably priced. i will be back!!

  I want to start off by saying that I do not take negative reviews lightly. But this is now the third bad experience at this location for myself or my family and believe me, it will be the last. I work in the trades and have family that are mechanics, and I understand that scheduling can sometimes get tight. But that needs to be relayed as soon as the appointment is made to the customer. I had a one p m appointment on a saturday, and brought my truck in two hours early to leave on site and said just call me when it's done! I was told it would be about an hour and a half or two hours once the appointment started, but again I was in no rush and had things to go do anyway so I did not mind. Fast forward to 4:45pm and I still had not received a call so I called up the branch. The person I talked to did not seem very happy to be talking to me, and when I said that I had a one p m appointment, he said, well, I guess we can try to get it in quick. Knowing that they were about to close, I said, I can leave my truck there overnight if you can please make it the first appointment in the morning, so I can pick it up by late morning. I was promised that would be the case.And that at 9am my truck would go up on the rack. So the next morning, taking my time, I showed up at eleven thirty to find my truck on the rack but absolutely nothing done to it yet. After multiple times being told that my truck was next watching the technician take off my tires and then walk away from my truck for an hour, i finally started to lose my patience and told the manager that they could just put the wheels back on, drop the truck and give me a refund. They hurried up, got my new tires on and did the alignment All because I was literally standing in the window, watching them work. Twenty five hours later, I finally had new tires on my truck. The sheer lack of consideration for people's time, the multiple lies, and the fact that I left there with none of my tire pressure sensors working after paying for the adjustment on them it is all why I will never return to this store and will never recommend them.
