  I’ve been renting from this location for several years and they never disappoint!! Always great customer service! They address any issues and concerns and make sure you drive off in a car you are comfortable and satisfied with!!! Quick and convenient!!!

  This is my second time renting from this location. The first time was over a year ago through my insurance, and the pickup and drop-off process went smoothly. The staff was friendly, and I had no issues. 2026 Experience: I received excellent customer service from Brent and Darrel. Darrel helped me with my initial rental, and from what I observed, Brent—the supervisor during the shift I picked up my second rental—was friendly, professional, and quick to assist. He was willing to work with me and made the process as smooth as possible. I arrived during what seemed to be one of their busiest times, and it gave me a new appreciation for how much this team handles. Despite a constant flow of walk-ins, vehicle returns, pickups, and phones ringing nonstop, the staff remained proactive, organized, and worked with purpose to get customers in and out efficiently. I know this location has received some negative reviews, but I hope this review gives others a little confidence. Seeing firsthand how busy they can get put things into perspective for me. Personally, I’ve had two positive experiences here, and I would choose this location again. I always try to remember that we’re all just doing our jobs and trying our best. A little patience and grace can go a long way, and in my experience, this team was more than willing to work with me. Thank you, Brent and Darrel, for making the process a positive one.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Enterprise location in Camp Springs and would not recommend this location to anyone. I was already dealing with the stress of being in a car accident and was sent to two different Enterprise locations before finally arriving at this one. After such a long and frustrating day, I expected at least a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The employee who checked me in came across as unfriendly, dismissive, and generally uninterested in providing good customer service. His attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. During the rental process, I was asked several questions that felt unnecessarily personal. From my perspective, the only relevant information was that I needed a rental because my vehicle had been involved in an accident. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that, while helping me, the employee spent time laughing and joking with a coworker about passing gas instead of focusing on assisting me. It gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. To make matters worse, the vehicle itself was not prepared properly. The exterior was extremely dirty, the interior had food spills on the center console, and the gas tank was only a quarter full when I received it. None of this reflected the level of service I expected. Overall, this location added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. Thankfully, I've had consistently excellent experiences with Hertz as a President's Circle member, which only highlighted how poor this experience was. I would not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone seeking professional, courteous service.

  I want to give a huge shout out to Enterprise Car Sales on Auth Road. From start to finish, the entire staff made the process with my vehicle and the issues I had so much easier to deal with. They were understanding, caring, and truly willing to help every step of the way. It seems like people are always quick to leave bad reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize a team that got it right. Thank you to the whole staff for your patience and support it did not go unnoticed. You make me feel like family Ms.Glenn
