    Check engine light came on in rental when I stopped to fill up for gas in the middle of my nowhere. This was a brand new car that only had 19 miles on it when I got it the day before. Had to wait nearly 2 hrs for a replacement and no one can offer me anything for my inconvenience, was just told by rep oh this happens all the time. Then they took nearly $20 from my deposit because I returned almost 30 minutes after my drop off time.

    This location is absolutely horrible. If your insurance company suggests that you rent your car from this location go to the one in Clinton who has far better customer service. I had the unfortunate circumstance to rent a loaner through this location. It was during snow season they did not fill the washer fluid so when I went to use it there was none and I could not see driving to and from Washington dc. I had to use Lysol wipes to wipe the windows when I got to the office. I called them and because I would not be getting over to the area until way after 6:00 p.m. I would need to purchase the washer fluid once I got back. In addition the key fob battery died. I did all of that. I returned the vehicle and gave them the receipt they said that I would be reimbursed. It has been since February and now it's June that I've been going back and forth with them. I called to follow up twice. One of the persons on the phone at the location got rude and hung up on me. Now they're lying to my insurance company saying that they told me not to purchase anything out of pocket and that they would stay after hours and wait for me to put windshield wiper fluid in the car and replace the key battery. They said none of this when I returned the car and presented the receipt. They said their accountant would be in touch. Why on Earth would I pay out-of-pocket when someone was going to be waiting for me at the location? It's less than $20 and I am still dealing with this. When I was at the body shop waiting for them to come get me another customer said not to rent from them that she had a horrible experience and was telling me about it. These are some of the most unprofessional and rude young people that work at Enterprise, my former employer. I have never experienced customer service like this and I try to support our young people but they are liars and absolutely rude to their customers. Enterprise corporate should definitely do an audit of this location and who works there. They are giving the company a bad name.

    This my first time ever leaving a review. My experience was horrible at this location. I called before I came into the location and was given misinformation. Once I got into the location the brown heavy set guy with a skully at the end closet to the door informed me that it was wrong. He stated it was the reservation team that gave me that information. As a manager I adviced them that maybe they should talk to them about the policy to keep down the confusion inside the location. He stated they don’t have time and can’t talk to them. I told him that what your manager should do. The manager at the time was really nonchalant and didn’t seem interested in helping me either. I continued to ask questions about my reservation as far how much is the rate for different days at the new rate. He eventually got frustrated and told me he could no longer rent me the car. I proceeded to take their picture because they would not give me their names. The guy who gave me the misinformation later came out to apologize. And I would like to forward them to corporate because their customer service is horrible. The manger especially has a complex with his job and how to treat customer. And the whole front should be trained on customer service.
