I give this enterprise 0 stars. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever experience. Bad service bad attitude at the front counter and all-round bad customer service. Don't rent from this one.

I was provided a rental through my insurance company as my vehicle was being repaired across the street. The gentlemen that assisted me extremely professional, courteous, and kind. This includes the gentlemen that picked me up at Passport Collision to Brent and Josh that greeted me once at Enterprise. These gentlemen understand how to deliver stellar customer service especially when great service is lacking at most businesses. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends.

Attempted to do a switch out at this location and they refused to help us with anything. The only thing they did for us was reopen the ticket properly. They did not uphold the Enterprise motto or what the recording on hold says. To keep us going and to provide great customer care. Instead they made us go back to the airport after just getting on the hospital thousands of miles from home while on vacation.
