  Kim is an absolute awesome professional!!! Super smart and extremely knowledgeable of all components in the store. She should be promoted as soon as possible. The most superior customer service ever!!!! The store is cleaner than I have ever seen. Well organized!!! Wow!!! What a great experience!!! Thanks guys!!!

  Hello I went to the Auto Zone at 4803 Allentown Road and I dealt with Ronnie at the front counter and he was excellent. He had a pleasant way about himself and he was pleasant and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I recommend anybody in the area to come to this Auto Zone. Very professional and great clean service.

  This afternoon, my Subaru Outback—purchased just a week ago—died at a stoplight, leaving me in a tough spot. After getting a jump, I made it to AutoZone (Store #06539), and what happened next completely turned my day around. I was helped by Ronnie Davis (CSR #07), and from the start, his professionalism and character stood out. He was polite, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping—something you don’t always see these days. Ronnie quickly ran a full diagnostic: starter, alternator, and system all checked out, but the battery showed wear at 79%. He also confirmed no additional system issues. Knowing Subarus can demand a strong battery, we decided to upgrade. Although store policy prevented him from installing the battery due to my push-start system, Ronnie didn’t stop there. He brought the battery and tools out to my car and walked alongside me through the entire replacement process—like a seasoned pro guiding the way. Throughout it all, he was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. His work ethic and attitude reflect extremely well on the store, AutoZone as a company, and clearly the values he was raised with. I will absolutely return to this location and highly recommend it to others. AutoZone corporate—this young man deserves recognition. Ronnie sets the standard for what customer service should look like.
