  I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Volvo Cars Silver Spring. Purchasing my C40 Recharge Ultimate was not a quick or simple process, and after a long, drawn-out wait, I was finally able to drive away in the vehicle I wanted for under $30,000, with a reasonable interest rate and monthly payment. That outcome would not have happened without the patience, professionalism, and genuine care of this team. I worked most closely with Cleaveland and Calvin, and they were absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. They never made me feel rushed, pressured, or like I was a burden, even though my situation required significantly more patience and follow-up than a typical purchase. They stayed engaged, answered my questions, worked through the obstacles with me, and made sure I understood each step of the process. What impressed me most was that they continued looking for ways to help me save money. Cleaveland and Calvin made sure I received additional available rebates, including the Costco incentive, which made a real difference in my final purchase price.   My car had the parking light flashing, and my wife needed it urgently to drive on a trip. Jesse Segovia fit me into an available time slot the morning of her trip. Volvo Silver Spring fixed the issue extremely fast, and i was able to get her on the road a couple of hours later. Jesse was, as always. attentive to my schedule issue. and even had the car washed and ready to go. As well, they did a thorough 28 point inspection which was really appreciated. i will bring the car back for further work in 3-4 months. I really appreciate the level of service given to me.
