  Our experience with our salesperson Vedant Patel was stellar in aspect! His knowledge of Volvo vehicles, his professionalism along with his personal concern in placing us in the right vehicle was beyond compare to the many other brands of vehicles we test drove. As first time owners of a Volvo, Patel patiently spent as much time as needed to assure that we knew everything about the vehicles operation including pairing our devices, programming settings, and educating us on each and every feature. In the 50+ years of purchasing vehicles, our experience with Patel has by far been the most excellent!

  My experience with Vedant He was absolutely amazing to work with! He was super professional, incredibly responsive, and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. Most importantly, I never got that typical “icky salesman” feeling from him he was genuinely helpful and easy to work with. I purchased my car completely online without ever seeing it in person, which was a huge leap of faith for me and honestly made me pretty skeptical at first. But working with him really eased those concerns and made the whole experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. Super cool guy and made what could have been a stressful experience a really great one. Highly recommend!

  Avoid this dealership, it’s deceptive, dishonest, and negligent. Response to reply: That’s an inaccurate representation of the pick up process and my husband specifically asked Jose for a pump that he could use to fill it up to protect the tire and rim because of what was PREVIOUS a slow leak and not a tear. Instead we have a video of your staffer driving it on a very flat tire from the service center to the lot without any decency of giving my husband a pump or even filling it with minimal air before driving. And like most people in the country we all move around so what am I supposed to do with a vehicle that doesn’t drive bring it to another state? The reality is you’re a Volvo dealer that should provide any buyer a decent level of service and not have an attitude because we decided to take it elsewhere due to your inability to be upfront and honest about who actually makes the call. There is not a hard yes and no answer on requests for goodwill warranties and there are examples of dealers with recognition to get people to come back you help not scoff. While I recognize the car was at your dealership while we pursued the goodwill warranty directly with corporate it was Justin who actually said Volvo corporate was responsible for the decision, not the regional manager, and after the many weeks of constant check ins on our case to Volvo corporate we were finally assigned a case manager that pulled up the file on which a note was written by the region to deny all request. So maybe train your service team better on how to treat a vehicle and what could have been a more consistent customer. Initial review: My 2018 XC60 T8’s inverter failed at 72,000 miles — a part so notoriously defective that Volvo previously extended its own warranty on it. I asked for goodwill consideration. The dealer submitted it, for a whole week didn’t have answer. Fine. Then declines it. When we pushed for reconsideration they said it was Volvo USA not them to decide and we could submit directly. So we go through the claim process. Call every few days for an update, a total of 6 more weeks pass and they continue to tell me the decision was in Volvo USA’s hands. When it was formally denied again I called Volvo USA case manager directly, their rep told me goodwill decisions are made entirely at the regional dealer level — and that a Volvo Cars Silver Spring regional manager had already written a note in my file to deny it from day one. They knew the answer was no from week one and let me wait a total of 7 weeks anyway because they couldn’t own up to their own decision. When I finally came to pick up my car, they knowingly drove it on a completely flat tire — destroying it. I have it on video. They showed zero accountability. A known defective part, deliberate misdirection for nearly two months, and property damage on the way out. This dealership failed at every level and had the nerve to blame me for leaving it at the service center during this claim period. The reality is we HAD to, it was deemed undriveable.
