  I had an issue with the PCM in my brand-new Porsche 911 just before the Fourth of July weekend. The dealership where I purchased the car couldn't accommodate me, so I called Porsche Silver Spring even though I wasn't their customer. Elvis, my Service Advisor, listened to my situation, called me back within minutes, and told me to come right in. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I also want to thank Ms. Linda, the Service Manager, for making it possible to fit me into their busy schedule on such short notice. Without her support, this wouldn't have happened. The customer service I received was exceptional. If I could give Elvis and Ms. Linda 110 out of 100, I would. They have earned my trust, and I highly recommend Porsche Silver Spring for anyone looking for outstanding service. Sajid Cheema

  We really appreciate the excellent service we always get at Porsche Silver Spring, and especially the meticulous attention to detail and support from Elvis. We have been bringing my wife’s car here for regular service for four years now. Elvis and the crew have become an extended part of the family. And the work and waiting room area overlooking the garage is an added bonus. We had tried others before but this has been far and away the best.

  I cannot say enough good things about Audi/Porsche Silver Spring and the exceptional service experience I had there today. Having serviced high-end vehicles at dealerships and specialty shops all over the country, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail that is increasingly rare in the automotive industry (Thank you Kofi). What impressed me most was their communication. Every recommendation was explained clearly, thoroughly, and honestly. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no vague explanations, just straightforward information that allowed me to make informed decisions.
