  I must say that I had a very good experience!! Adrian was the rep and he did an excellent job. Kept me informed of everything. Then I met Bruce, the GM and of course he was great. Enjoying my 2017 911 Carrera. If you are in the market, I highly recommend them.

  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Porsche Service in Silver Spring. Every time I bring my car in for service or repair, it ends up staying in the shop for about a week regardless of how minor the issue is. Another major problem is that dropping your car off for a scheduled appointment does not seem to mean the work will begin at your appointment time. Even with an appointment, the vehicle may just sit there waiting to be looked at. If you actually want a chance of getting your car back the same day, it feels like you need to wait in the service center and hope they can fit it in. For a premium brand, I expected a much more efficient and organized service experience, especially when customers take the time to schedule appointments in advance.

  offee and Deandre took amazing care of my grandmother’s car at Porsche. They were patient, respectful, and made sure everything was explained clearly so she felt comfortable and confident. They treated her with so much kindness and made the whole experience easy and stress-free for our family. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care like that, and we truly appreciate the level of service they provided. Highly recommend Koffee and Deandre if you want honest, reliable, and thoughtful service you’ll be in great hands.

  As a 9 time Porsche owner who has dealt with many Service Managers, I have to say Silver Springs Elvis Nguyen is tops at his role! Personal, detailed, ACCOUNTABLE, kept me informed as to the complete repair of our Turbo. Elvis made recommendations that proved invaluable to getting a quick turnaround on our repair. He personally followed up when he said he would, had the car ready to go when he promised! What more could you want from your Service Manager. When our cars are our lifelines to our daily day, going without one for any amount of time is a complete disruption. Silver Springs would be smart, never to let this Elvis leave the building!

  I continue to bring my car to Porsche of silver spring for service. The main reason is I very enjoyable dealing with Elvis and Linda. They do a great job. They're very responsive to my needs and wishes and I always get my car repaired and or serviced at the highest level and I appreciate them very much and I would never take my car anywhere else have that come out
