  5/16/26 Nobody ever wants to find a nail in their tire especially when that tire is fairly new and the day is perfect for a picnic, BUT I called NTB here in Silver Spring at LUNCH TIME and they were able to work me in. By the time I finished registration my car was already being worked on in their garage. The staff on site today were very nice and worked with intention. The facility has a cool waiting room inside with outlets for my electronics.

  ​I had an incredible experience at this National Tire and Battery location after dealing with the stress of a flat tire while traveling. Being from out of town, I was worried about finding a reliable shop, but the team here took exceptional care of me from start to finish. One gentleman, in particular, was incredibly kind and helpful; he made sure the correct replacement tire was ordered immediately and even went the extra mile by putting the tire back on the car for me. ​The level of service was matched only by the friendly atmosphere in the shop. I genuinely enjoyed the great conversations I had while waiting, which turned a frustrating travel hiccup into a very pleasant afternoon. It is rare to find such a combination of technical efficiency and authentic hospitality. I’m extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend this NTB to anyone in the area or passing through.

  I had a really great experience at NTB! I came in for an oil change, and the team was professional, friendly, and quick with their service. They took the time to explain what my car needed without making me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was their willingness to help me save money they even gave me a discount, which made the whole experience even better. It’s not every day you find a place that combines great customer service with genuine care for their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend NTB to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto service!

  I was driving by and decided to stop in to check if they could service my vehicle. Jarrel was greeting me as I was walking in which was great. His customer service was very professional and he was really knowledgeable on the questions I asked. Time impeccable 10am to 10:35 ! Oh yeah . Highly recommend

  I had a really great experience at NTB! I made my appointment on the 28th for the next day at 11am, and everything went super smoothly. I came in to get my tire plugged because of a nail, and they got right to work. I was honestly impressed—I was in and out by 11:34am! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process feel easy. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable, which made a difference while I waited. Overall, fast and efficient service without cutting corners. Definitely a place I’d come back to if I ever need help again! Thank you!
