  Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Mile One Collision Repair Shop in Silver Springs, Maryland! After my BMW 540i was sideswiped in a hit-and-run, I was devastated. However, the team at Mile One turned my situation around completely. From the moment I walked in, their customer service was exceptional. Melanie, the customer service representative, was phenomenal. She kept me updated throughout the repair process and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The quality of the repair work is outstanding—my BMW looks brand new!   I stopped by this place after the BMW dealership provided their address as I was inquiring about cosmetic repairs to my BMW. When I arrived, no one was at the office, but I could hear that someone was there in the back room. I announced myself a couple of times, and no one responded. I immediately called, and the gentleman that answered didn’t let me finish my sentences when he was already speaking over me as if he was annoyed that I was even calling. This establishment has a poor customer service presentation and truly needs to work on it.
