  I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 Coupe from Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring expecting the level of quality and customer service the Mercedes-Benz brand is known for. Instead, within days of purchase, I discovered multiple issues with the vehicle that should have been identified before it was sold. I initially brought my concerns to James McDonald, who assured me the issues would be addressed. However, after being directed to Sales Manager Keith Nichols, the experience quickly became frustrating. I received conflicting information, repeated promises of follow-up that never happened, and had to make numerous phone calls and dealership visits just to get updates. I was forced to escalate my concerns to Mercedes-Benz Corporate before meaningful action was taken. Ironically, the service technician recommended replacing several of the same components I had been asking about from the beginning, yet I still had to spend weeks advocating for repairs that should have been handled without a fight. While the repairs were eventually completed, no customer purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz should have to invest this much time and energy to have delivery-related issues corrected. This is my fourth Mercedes-Benz, and this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. If you purchase a vehicle here, inspect EVERY detail before you leave the lot and document every conversation. I expected the premium experience Mercedes-Benz advertises, but unfortunately, that was not my experience.

  Hello Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring MD. I want to personally thank everyone at Mercedes who helped my wife replace her Totaled GLB 250 from a giant tree. from cold calling while driving there. Immediately speaking to a nice salesman to make an appointment within 20 mins. When we got there Michael was waiting at the front door for us. He went through many options that fit our budget and my wife's request. Working with Mercedes Finance Brad who helped make our new 2026 GLB 250 happen in the end. Michaels persistence and understanding of our budget talking between his manager and Brad the finance Manager. This team made it happen and we couldn't be happier.   Thank you for being awesome! I was travelling from Florida to Canada when i experienced some turbo issues with my Class C Sprinter RV. I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring at 4:pm in the afternoon expecting to get a cold reception, drop the vehicle and fly home. To my surprise the service rep starts making phone calls to his mechanics explaining that I was travelling and needed help. Immediately they take it in the garage, run diagnosis and determine the issue. Parts were hand delivered overnight and my RV was ready by 11:am the next morning. I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to see real service and real caring at work! Thank you. I am sure you regular customers already know about your great staff and great service and I sure hope new customers will appreciate it too.
