  I normally come here to get my car serviced and work with Rodney, who is a phenomenal service advisor. Due to scheduling arrangements he wasn’t in today but I had the opportunity to work with Elias, who provided excellent service as well. Nothing but great things to say about my experience here due to the high level of quality customer service I get on a consistent basis. Don’t just take my word for it- experience it for yourself and thank me later by paying for my next round of golf 😉 🏌️‍♂️

  Mike sales mgr, Eli salesperson, Shawn finance cohesively worked like one machine got us in our family’s brand new 2026 Outback in 1 hour maximum including accessed a trade we were on our way home. Wave-Off was terrific touch !! Acknowledgement and Appreciation well earned and deserved. tri-State Buy Subaru here Only !!

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Herb Gordon Subaru after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru. This was my first Subaru, and the brand had been highly recommended to me. I specifically chose CPO because I expected reliability and peace of mind. About nine months after purchase, I experienced serious drivability issues, including the vehicle unexpectedly stopping, and the original battery needed replacement. I later learned that the battery was already over five years old when the vehicle was sold to me. The dealership repeatedly referred to my ownership as “almost a year,” even after I clarified it had been about nine months. I was told the battery had passed testing at the time of sale and that they “cannot predict the future.” What concerned me most was being told, “If you had come here, there may have been a way we could have worked around that,” but because another authorized Subaru dealer had already documented that it was the original battery, there was now “no workaround.” I only went to the closest Subaru dealer because the vehicle was unexpectedly stopping and I did not feel safe driving a long distance. Subaru of America declined goodwill assistance and directed me back to Herb Gordon, indicating the selling dealership would be able to assist. I contacted Herb Gordon as instructed, but I still have no resolution. I have now been without reliable transportation for nearly two weeks, which has created a major hardship with my work and caregiving responsibilities. I am considering replacing the battery out of pocket because I cannot continue waiting. This entire experience has seriously changed my confidence in Subaru. I no longer feel the reliability or customer support I expected, and at this point I do not see myself purchasing another Subaru in the future. I am still hoping Herb Gordon will reconsider and reimburse me if I have to pay for the battery myself. I would gladly update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

  Always busy, but they do a great job to fit you and get you out while not skipping on any areas regarding inspecting your vehicle. Vitaliy is fantastic at his job with great customer awareness skills. I only wish this was a less busy area.

  Always have a great experience when i need my car serviced. Vitaliy has been taking great care of me for over 10 years. He always lets me know what is a urgent fix and what can wait a little longer. Long as i own a suby this will be my service center.
