  1 star service. No communication from Luke or Andrew in sales after many calls and texts, so couldn’t imagine how bad it would be if you actually purchased a car from them. Management can also kick rocks for promoting this unprofessional behavior. Expect your typical sleazy car shopping experience.

  Great experience! I worked with Vitaliy Khlebnikov in the Service Dept to replace my tires and get an oil change - definitely recommend. Good communication, technically competent, and pleasant to work with. 10/10!

  I am pleased with the ease of making an appointment, signing in my car off for service, and retrieving the car. The communication from my advisor Jerell L about service while I waited in the customer service lounge was excellent.

  After previous experiences I had with other dealerships, I came into this purchase determined to not get taken advantage of by some salesman. After all was said and done Brand changed my perspective on the car buying experience. He was willing to work with me over the phone, figure out details, and have everything set up for me when I got there from out of state. When I officially met him in person he was kind, courteous, and outgoing (more than just someone trying to make a sale). The other members that I spoke to during the process were also great and caring, so shout out to Herb Gordon Subaru and Brandon Le!

  I’ve been hesitant about service department at Herb Gordon (HG) Subaru because of my experience with HG Nissan. Both are under MileOne Autogroup. I’m disgusted that I’ve been telling HG Subaru there’s a clicking sound (my axles) when I turn for over a year. And now that I have no warranty they find the problem. What’s bothers me is that they claim they had to use a listening device to hear the sound. How could I hear it but the mechanics couldn’t each time I brought it in? I feel like that’s not true. Just like HG Nissan did when they said when they replaced my tire, but actually didn’t. Each time I bought it they never found anything until now that I have no warranty. What’s worse is that I had just brought it in 2 weeks ago and told them, but they didn’t find anything. The noise was quite noticeable inside and outside the car. I feel there was never a “real” check. Because of my skepticism of HG in general, I had also taken it to Heritage Subaru in Catonsville but they claim they never heard the clicking while it was under warranty. I guess both service departments thought I was imagining the clicking. And, they both always say you need a cabin air filter change. And now there’s a 3% charge on credit card purchases. I don’t have $2000 extra cash just laying around especially when I had just dropped $2700 there two weeks prior. I just wish that I had a mechanic in which I had more confidence because I don’t have it in MileOne Autogroup service dealerships. Update: I was given a $500 discount.
