  I just bought my new Subura Forester Hybrid from this dealership and the entire experience was amazing. I am a Toyota person and this is my first Subaru. So far so good! James Cooch was so helpful and awesome showing me the cars and options without being patronizing or pushy. Kevin Nunez was very kind and speedy with the financial process. And Ed Sarecky was so nice, honest and helpful finding the right car and deal for me. I was not looking to buy a car at the time, but I had issues with my previous car (Toyota) and the entire dealership was very helpful in a time of stress for me. I felt heard and taken care of. I will definately buy my next car for them, hopefully not too soon though. Now time to enjoy my new wheels!

  James in the parts department was very helpful. He saved me nearly $400 fixing my keyfob when I thought all hope was lost.

  Michael has been great! I am in my early twenties looking for a car and don’t really know the car dealership “game” but michael was great, he only showed me cars that were in my criteria and did a good job explaining everything to me. He didn’t show me anything that would be extra money- which i respected. I felt really comfortable- and probably the reason why i ended up getting the car

  I had such a great experience with Brandon at Herb Gordon! He was efficient, honest and friendly both on the phone and in person. He was quite busy when I came in, and yet he managed to get me in and out in a little over two and a half hours - including test drive. I am more than satisfied with the deal I got on my new Crosstrek, and even when we ran into some minor issues, Brandon resolved it quickly and professionally. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone in the market for a Subaru.

  I brought my car in to have a specific problem diagnosed and repaired, but instead they fixed something unrelated and charged me an excessive amount. After paying for that repair, I still had to spend more money elsewhere to address the actual issue I originally brought the car in for. The customer service was disappointing, with poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the process. Even after the repairs, my car is still not functioning properly. If I had known they were unable to correctly diagnose and fix the problem, I would not have chosen this shop. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating and costly experience.
