- JMJennifer MiliciJun 19, 20261.0These are bad people. I had a reservation for noon. They called and asked to delay until 4, I said ok. I showed up at 4 and they asked me to wait. 2 hours later they told me they don’t have any cars and they’ll call me tomorrow if any come in. They can’t be sure if they’ll even have the car I needed today - that I had reserved in advance and waited two hours for - at any time tomorrow. I would never use this location for anything. They not only can’t provide you with the car you reserved in advance, they have zero respect for you and will waste hours and hours of your time before giving you the barest courtesy of telling you that you’re out of luck. Update: the response below is utter nonsense. They left me waiting for hours in the waiting room, when they could have called me before I left home and sent me to a different location. But they waited until all other options were closed before giving me the courtesy of telling me they couldn’t satisfy the reservation. Don’t trust them. Bad people

When we reached Bozeman, we had a nail in a rear tire, so the agent at the airport gave us another car for the return trip. However, since Enterprise doesn't provide the renter with the contract no, the airport agent had a hell of a time finding our rental. Also, we received several calls from Bethesda attempting to figure out which car we had.
