- AAA AJun 18, 20261.0The car was unsafe. It was cutting off and on in the middle of Washington DC traffic. The SUV was out of line and had much to much play in the steering wheel. The SUV would not charge my phone. The navigation system would stop working just when you needed it most. The ride was so uncomfortable. My body.was beaten and my lower back was in extreme pain at the end of my trip.

Kayla said she’ll give us a better car next time. .Next time comes around and we need another car. David said, we dont have any vehicles available now but if you come in three days, I can reserve it for you. After waiting three days, the car we reserved at 3pm was given to someone else because we arrived at 5pm. You earned this one star!!! Thank you Briggs Chaney for training your staff the right way.
