  My experience was beautiful while renting with the Silver Spring branch. The associate Miguel made sure I was taken care of each step of the way and made sure I informed him of extending my rental while my own vehicle was being worked on

  According to the manager, as relayed by the checkout clerk, a “reservation” here means nothing. They do not reserve a car for you until you arrive. If there are no cars available at that time, then you do not get one then. I looked around the waiting room and saw a lot of frustrated, unhappy people, like me.

  I wish I could give 0 stars, I spoke the day before with a guy and asked what can I get to rent the car he said only a driving license, I made an appointment for 3:00pm I can and suddenly she said I need to get a passport too, ok I went back home to get it I came back and she says there no cars !!!!! It’s 4:00pm and I made it for 3:00pm so the screw me cuz I don’t have a way to go to the World Cup Don’t ever use this company !!!!!!!!!
