- ETEden ThreetAug 10, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars TRUST! I most definitely would. I am extremely disappointed with Enterprise and the way my family and I were treated. The entire experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. We were told that certain vehicles were available, only to find out that the information we were given was not true. If a vehicle is not actually in stock, customers should be told that upfront instead of being misled and having their time wasted. Because Enterprise failed to communicate honestly and accurately, my family was seriously inconvenienced and forced to deal with problems that could have easily been avoided. The employees showed little concern for the situation their misinformation created and offered no meaningful solution. A company this large should have a reliable system for tracking its available vehicles and employees who communicate professionally with customers. I would not recommend this Enterprise location to anyone. Do not depend on what they tell you over the phone or during the reservation process, because the vehicle you were promised may not actually be available when you arrive. This was one of the most frustrating rental experiences my family has ever had, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Their reservation process is a little odd but she makes up for it. A reservation may not guarantee you a vehicle. But they do their best with vehicles arriving back.
