  I had an amazing experience trading in my BMW for a newer one. Nick, from the sales team, was fantastic and is great representative of the brand. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Eric on the finance side made the process smooth and efficient. Happy to say I have found the BMW dealership I’ll be a customer of for life.

  I’d give them a zero is I could horrible place when I picked up my car I noticed a lady scanning her car to make sure nothing was wrong I should’ve done the same thing but than again they would just deny it. I asked for honesty and transparency they ignored me and didn’t show me the video of them looking over my car and within an hour of them looking at my car and me picking it up the hood just magically stopped working lol I call bull because it’s 2 options it happened and they didn’t tell me or the mechanic messed with the hydraulics I would hope on accident because he’s in experience and lacks passion that’s the second time they screwed me over the first was so awful I had to point out that fact that they didn’t fix the undercarriage of the car the fact I had to point that out is beyond embarrassing and he only put 2 screws to hold it together I actually went back there to look at the bottom to make sure it was done properly that is pathetic especially for BMW I won’t be buying a car or going there ever again garbage people save yourself the trouble

  I had a really great experience working with Jacob at BMW of Silver Spring. Even though I ultimately decided to go in a different direction, I genuinely wanted to leave a review because of how positive my experience was with him. Jacob is incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to walk me through everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. He was also very communicative and transparent, and I really appreciated the effort he put into trying to make the deal work for me. The car itself was beautiful, and if things had aligned a bit differently, I would have been more than happy to purchase through him. I’m very grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping me. If you’re considering BMW of Silver Spring, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. He’s excellent at what he does and a pleasure to work with.

  Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Refusing to honor the bmw care plus, and sending me home with a flat tire makes this dealership a major safety hazard. Please do not buy a warranty here or take your car in for service. Four bad brake rotors that will not pass MD inspection and are unsafe to drive on. BMW care plus covers brakes and rotors yet they were refusing to honor it before they ever saw the car. They also took a rock out of my tire that caused a puncture to be exposed without having the correct tire in stock to replace it, nor did they bother to patch it. They told me they didn’t have my tires in stock then 4 hours later their genius tech pulled a rock out exposing a puncture and said that I turned down the replacement. You didn’t have a replacement in stock. I expect better from BMW and will be updating this review daily to make sure others don’t foolishly purchase a warranty or use the service department at Rockville BMW. Absolute worst service experience I’ve ever had.
