  I had a great experience working with Rose!! She was friendly, professional, and made the entire car-buying process easy and stress-free. Rose took the time to answer all of my questions, were patient, and never made me feel pressured. I really appreciated her honesty and excellent customer service. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping customers, I highly recommend asking for Rose!!!

  We recently moved to the area and chose this location to service our Audi TT. Michael was our service representative and he was outstanding! Communication was on point and he was extremely professional and personable. We highly recommend this dealership!

  I have had my Audi for over a week now and absolutely LOVE it and loved everything about the experience. Daniel N. was my sales rep, and I cannot recommend him enough! His personality is laid back and genuine, and he asks the right questions about your driving style and preferences to tune the car perfectly to your needs on the test drive. You will most likely feel instantly comfortable with him and enjoy yourself. The dealership is just the right amount of friendly and helpful. The personal service is fantastic. It is more than just typical service that comes with luxury brands (I have owned a couple) - it is exellent customer service. I think I may be an Audi driver for life now. I hope they make a bit more luxurious subcompact in the future, but even without the ventilated seats and additional screens, I would probably buy another Q3. I love to drive, and this car is so comfortable and provides such a great view of the road, while still being able to squeeze in nearly anywhere and providing enough space for my 6'4" husband. Trying to talk my family into trying one now. Haha.
