  I had an incredible experience with Audi Silver Spring. Unfortunately my car broke down and I had to make a pretty expensive repair but having incredible customer service makes things so much better. Dimitra was my associate and she was so helpful and informative throughout the process. They were even kind enough to help with transportation to and from the dealership which was so helpful. I received a ride from the gentleman named Kush. I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with the associates at Audi Silver Spring. I’ll be back for sure.

  We bought our Audi from Audi Silver Spring a year ago and still absolutely love it. We actually drove an hour past another Audi dealership closer to our home because we did not feel comfortable there, and I am so glad we did. MJ was fantastic from the very beginning. She went above and beyond and found the exact car we were looking for within just a few days. She was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and never pushy. At the time of purchase, she suggested coming back after a month so someone could go over all the features of the vehicle to make sure we were getting the most out of it. Life got busy and I never made the time. Fast forward a year later during a routine service visit, I mentioned that I still felt like I probably was not using all the amazing technology my Audi had to offer. I honestly was not sure if anyone would still be willing to help me after all this time. That is when Ed White, the Audi technologist, came out to my car and treated me like I had just purchased it that day. Wow — he was incredibly helpful, patient, and pleasant. I am definitely not the most tech-savvy person, but he took the time to explain everything in such an easy and comfortable way. He showed me features I had no idea my vehicle even had. It is rare to find a dealership that continues to care about their customers long after the sale, but Audi Silver Spring truly does. Thank you MJ and Ed for such an exceptional experience.

  I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from this dealership. The entire process was streamlined and made as easy for me as possible. I inquired about the vehicle a day after the listing was posted, and Edwin reached out to me and was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle and send me multiple pictures and videos of it. I am a young buyer (oftentimes overlooked at dealerships) and Edwin treated me equally to any other customer. Additionally, Val and Tim worked hard to get me the best possible rate through the bank and ensure I walked out happy. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership, and particularly Edwin, Val, and Tim, to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.
