  We had such a great experience working with Wali and Brian at Audi Silver Spring on an Audi purchase back in August that we came back and purchased another Audi from them in October. Once again, Wali and Brian made the entire buying experience easy, stress-free, and transparent from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We also had a great experience with Tim Nguyen in Finance. He was professional, transparent, and made the financing and paperwork process as easy and seamless as possible. Overall, another excellent experience with Audi Silver Spring. Highly recommend Wali, Brian, and Tim!

  I had a great experience buying my 2022 Mustang Mach 1 here. I’m from out of state, about 7 hours away, and Sergio made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth from start to finish. Everything was straightforward, communication was great, and I never felt pressured. I also really appreciate Mike, the manager, for going above and beyond even after the purchase. It showed me they actually care about their customers even after the sale is done. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the car and with the way I was treated throughout the entire experience, It was definitely worth making the 7 hour trip. Huge thanks to Sergio and Mike for taking care of me. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward and positive car-buying experience, ask for Sergio!

  We had some issues with our vehicle after a clean bill of health was shown on a multi check inspection. Audi not only resolved the issues which would’ve cost thousands of dollars, but covered the full bill. We are forever grateful for the integrity in Audi Management & Service.

  I brought my car to the Audi dealership in Silver spring. And the service person Dimitra Carey was very helpful to me in getting my issue resolved. I just want to say more dealerships should give their customers excellent service and going the extra mile to resolve their issues. Great Job Dimitra.

  I had an outstanding experience at Audi Spring! After visiting and speaking with several other dealerships, I can honestly say that this experience was completely different. Rose and the entire team were amazing honest, professional, patient, and respectful throughout the whole process. There was no pressure and no rush. Everything was handled in a professional and thoughtful manner, which made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. Rose clearly explained every step and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. I truly appreciate Rose and the whole team for their transparency and exceptional customer service.
