- JUJoseph UmanzorJul 14, 20261.0The female manager on Tuesday morning July14th was rude and blew me off. I had a battery I was hoping to replace under warranty an optima red top. Was told by the parts counter person they needed manager approval. Understandable. I waited 30 minutes for her to come back from a delivery. I come back immediately told I couldn’t do that here and had to go to the original store. This is false. Advance allows you to go to any store for a part replacement as long as you have a receipt they can contact the original store to get more information if necessary I know this because they did it last time for a different vehicle battery. Once I confronted her about this she said I don’t have that battery anyways. Didn’t even bother to check her stock because online it says they do. Even if they didn’t have the battery can the parts store no longer order parts? Rude and unprofessional. I will gladly help other advance stores get more bonuses from sales instead of coming here again.

Compre una yave para cambiar el filtro de gas y las yaves ya estavan aviertas y yo la tome porque era la unica que tenian .al final mi carro no tiene filtro afuera solo dentro del tanque tuve que devolver el filtro y las yaves pero el manager hispano que esta a de turno dijo que yo avia aviertos las yaves y no quiso que me devolvieran el dinero se puso a discutir con migo y dijo que no delvovia el dinero mal servicio no de los demas travajadores solo de ese manager
