  All I will say is that I was a customer of Severn Autobody since 2004. They have worked on all of my cars but my first car. Some of my cars they have worked on more than once unfortunately. I highly recommended them to everyone I knew. They had just worked on another car too that I was aware of and it had to go back for something much more major than what I took mine back for. I assumed it was an isolated incident because of how happy I had always been with them in the past. Most of the work was fantastic and most of the interactions regarding this transaction were fantastic in the beginning but the way the whole thing ended up I can't excuse. I expect more and have gotten it in the past, so I know that at one time it could have been provided but if they cant provide a total experience any longer I must look elsewhere. And I could tell that they didn't really care. I will never recommend them again and they will never work on another car that I own. My 22 year relationship with them is over. Take this for what you will. Update: They have absolutely reached out by phone and email. I can not say that management has not tried to reach me to discuss my concerns. My lack of response is my fault. I will reach out as soon as I am able to make that happen. Regardless, I am hopeful that I can at least share my experience and concerns. I have two contacts, Avery, GM Severn Autobody, Severna Park. Also, Todd Chicote, Regional Manager, CollisionRight which I think is their parent company or possibly franchiser, but not sure. I have every willingness to speak with both of them and my lack of response is completely on my me. Thank you for reaching out and your response.   Fantastic staff: friendly, knowledgeable, accurate. I spoke to Lara, Katie, and two other staff members whose name I did not get – I would love to work with any of them again.

  Reputable shop, management with integrity. Great communication and repair work was great. Highly recommend (second time I have used this body shop) - courteous and professional. Katy great customer service. Thank you Avery for your commitment. (Jaguar repair - they are Jag certified)

  Had a really good experience here. The staff was cool and made everything easy. Katie, Laura, and London were all super helpful and actually kept me updated instead of leaving me guessing. They answered my questions and made sure everything was straight. Definitely appreciate it — I’d come back for sure.
