I’ve read a few reviews mentioning that they’re a bit expensive, but for me, the quality of the oil && service is well worth it. Shoutout to LeJohn (I hope I spelled that correctly), Nick, and X. They made my experience quick, smooth && comfortable. I really appreciate the great customer service && will definitely be back again.

Regardless of what others may say, I've been here with all three of my cars(Honda, Lincoln, Kia)and I've never had a problem. Not ONE. Today, my Lincoln was serviced by Craig & DJ. They got me right and even gave me a coupon.🤑 And yes, the company does upsell other services. People, that's normal. But there's no pressure to do any more than what you've come in looking for. I can't speak for every Valvoline, but the Valvoline in Salisbury, Maryland has been amazing. And as long as they maintain great technicians, I will continue to spend my money with them. - AWAndrew WardAug 7, 20262.0the oil change was fast. the staff was friendly but not thorough. they did the standard checking my lights thing and didn't even acknowledge that I had a tail light out. I even told them that I had a light out when I got there. when they said I was all done I asked about the light and they said they didn't know anything about it. When I pressed them on it they said they don't carry that bulb which is a bold faced lie. I've had that exact bulb changed in this exact location multiple times over the years. when I told them that they came back and said they didnt have the bulb in stock. What is the point of checking lights if you're gonna go out of your way to not replace them? I would've believed it wasn't in stock if they hadn't tried to lie their way out of it from the beginning by telling me they dont carry that bulb. 🙃🤣 Now I have to make a separate appointment somewhere else just for a new blinker bulb.
