  Great custumer service and staff! Craig and service staff went above and beyond help me keep my cost right within budget while ensuring that I had everything needed for my vehicle. Manager even discounted my wiper blades that needed to be replaced.

  Very quick service for oil change. Worked with me to get a lower price because the coupon for the oil change I requested was completely out of that type of oil (regular oil) so I got high mileage which is what I normally would purchase but here the price was more. The one thing that I want to warn customers about which is seriously a major concern of your vehicle; I was told about my transmission fluid 'being dirty' and it should be changed every 15K miles. That's fine if you have been doing so from new. I bought the car when it was old and have know NOT to change the transmission fluid because you can wreck the transmission if you do. Look it up for why but the transmission will start to slip and it's the end of your car. If you are unable to fix it afterwards or buy another car due to constrained finances - you get the idea. That would be the worst $200 dollars you spent thinking you are saving your transmission while actually killing your car, bank account, nerves, and trust.

  Went in for an oil change and oil filter like I usually do and they informed me that my coolant was extremely low and that they would fill it up for $4.99 but what they neglected to tell me is that once you add coolant, it immediately was leaking out from underneath the car, which they surely would have noticed had they actually put coolant into the reservoir, so either they did not add the coolant Or they just wanted me out of there and let me drive off with zero coolant or a clearly visible leak if they did add some. Very upset . Also, this is the third time in a row that they said they would fill my tires and they did not but verified that they had when I question them, but my tire pressure is remained the same each and every time.

  As this was my first time here. I thought the whole process went fairly good. I don't like the whole trying to upsell products but I guess that's their job. When someone goes in for just an oil change then that should be the end of it. Not keep on checking on all kinds of stuff and try to sell you on it. However I did buy into it the first time with an air filter for $36 when I know i can get one for $10 and do it myself. But it's whatever. I did get$12 off my first oil change here. But to say it takes 5-10 minutes?! Hmmm, nope it took more like 25 minutes but still I'll take that over doing it myself so all is well. It's definitely a nice place to get your vehicle checked.
