- JCJackie Carey6 days ago5.0Somehow my windshield got cracked. This was on a Friday. I called Safelite ("Safelite repair, Safelite replace" was running through my head). They were in my driveway on Monday morning and my windshield was replaced before lunch. The technician, Noah, was knowledgeable about what to do, as well as being pleasant and courteous. I can't recommend Safelite enough (even though I hope I never need them again!!).

We called to get this situation resolved and the customer service representative hung up after requesting information the VIN number should have given her. Would have given zero stars if possible

So it took extra weeks for me to get my windshield replaced. They gave me $100 off, but when I went to pick the car up, I received no apology or anything about inconvenience. Safelite has one job replace windshields. And they can’t even do that right.
