  My name is Savannah Winton and I got a brand new 2026 Kia k4 at Phonka Kia in Salisbury Md and I had my car for over a week it’s so smooth and a great updated car that fits me and it’s a overall a 10/10 experience I feel great getting a car from them , they make you feel welcome and comfortable while making a big and the best decision for you. My sales person was Mya Smith and she was great go meet with her if you want a great experience with getting your first car. Don’t walk you need to run to Phonka Kia you won’t regret it

  Came in at 11 am for an oil change at 12 I asked how much longer because I had to be to work at two he said any minute I sat for another hr and walked outside to see where my car was in the line to be worked on and it was sitting in the parking lot it also didn’t get washed which I’m confused because they always wash it when I get my oil changed! But long story short my car was probably done for the longest time and no one was gonna even say anything!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Troy Smith, who was professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. He made my first experience with the dealership smooth and welcoming from start to finish. While my vehicle was being serviced, I appreciated the consistent text updates, along with a detailed video showing the work that had been completed, the inspection process, and any recommended repairs. The communication and transparency throughout the visit truly stood out to me.   Just wanted to share our experience that we had this last week purchasing a new car from Pohanka Salisbury. Our salesman Rick was fantastic! He made the entire process no pressure with no none of the annoying and troubling parts of a typical car buying process. We fairly negotiated a price, he threw in some additional items with the car and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend if anybody’s looking to buy a KIA.

  Great experience i wanted a specific car which is a 2026 kia k5 wiyh the gt1 package, and they delivered on it. They went above and beyond with helping find the best deals and fair on both ends. Maurice and Amira were who i dealt with the most and Maurice kept in close contact and was always willing to take my phone calls with respect and confidence that we could work something out. So 5 plus stars for this dealership and I recommend everyone to them
