Recently purchased a 2026 K4 from here. Let me just say this dealership and the employees they have are phenomenal! Professional, personable, and extremely caring! From the moment I inquired, I knew I was going to be treated like family! Drew, my salesman, was knowledgeable and reached out and explained everything to me every step of the way! John A, the general sales manager, fought for me and made sure that I was taken care of and gotten into something that was going to excite me and my family, yet not break the bank. Alyssa, the finance manager, made every part of the dreaded signing your life away so easy and stress free! I never once felt like I was being forced to do anything extra that I didn’t think or feel like I needed to do! The general manager they have, Nico, also made sure to do everything he could to make me happy and get me riding! I will forever recommend the team at Kia to everyone for their new and used purchases! Truly the best team you could ask for from sales to service to parts. The team is a family and they make you become a part of that! Great job guys!

I had such a great experience working with Kevin Jean-Charles at Pohanka Kia! Kevin was incredibly patient with me and my family throughout the entire process and really took the time to find a car that checked all of the boxes I was looking for. He stuck with us through all of our questions and back-and-forth and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He also helped connect us with the finance team and made sure everything came together smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated how easy he made the entire experience. I’m so happy with my new car and would absolutely recommend Kevin to anyone looking for their next one!
⭐️ Buyer Beware: A Cautionary Experience at Pohanka Kia ⭐️
Friends, use extreme caution when dealing with this dealership!
After the transmission failed on my Camry, my husband and I visited Pohanka Kia hoping to find a reliable replacement. I found a gorgeous Kia K5 that I immediately fell in love with, and we worked with Kevin — an excellent salesman who gave us a wonderful buying experience. Unfortunately, everything fell apart the moment we got the car home.
Less than 36 hours after purchase, I noticed a deep scratch on the passenger‑side door. I contacted Kevin, who asked us to bring the car in on Monday. My husband took it in, and when they couldn’t buff the scratch out, they repainted my brand‑new car — a car that had barely been in our possession for a day and a half.
The car remained at the dealership for 10 days while being “painted.” They finally called me — on my 16th wedding anniversary — to pick it up. When we arrived, the damage was significantly worse: Paint overspray all over the vehicle, Dust and debris trapped in the paint because the car wasn’t washed before painting, A scratch on the taillight, Burn marks from improper sanding.
Their solution? They assured me their “best body guy,” Robbie, would fix it. So instead of celebrating our anniversary, we were back in a loaner car dealing with a problem that should never have existed.
The next day, we received a call to pick up the car again — only to discover the dealership had put over 200 unauthorized miles on it. Two hundred miles on a car that was only supposed to be repainted. And the trip history from the time the car went into the shop until then was all deleted from the app. There is absolutely no justification for that.
I escalated the issue to John Arietta, who didn’t even bother to contact me. I had to reach out to him myself. When he finally spoke with me, he was condescending and dismissive — not realizing that I deal with sales tactics like his every day in my own profession. My husband had to step in.
John offered either a gift certificate to make up for our ruined anniversary or a replacement vehicle. We chose the replacement vehicle. And now? Two weeks later, we still have not heard back from him.
This experience has been exhausting, infuriating, and deeply disappointing. A brand‑new car should never leave the lot with damage, should never be repainted within 36 hours of purchase, should never be returned in worse condition, and should absolutely never have 200 unauthorized miles put on it.
Pohanka Kia needs to take accountability, honor their promises, and treat customers with the respect and integrity they deserve.

I would like to say that you have the best team the team being Maurice, Alyssa, and most of all the one that helped to get me into the car through the financing part of it, Ray. I really appreciate all of you. Maurice did an outstanding job being a professional type salesman. I really like him. He did a great job; he was honest with me from the beginning to the end. Ray I thank him so much for working those numbers, and then Alyssa at the very end when it really mattered before, I signed the paperwork some things changed. She worked it out that it came out even better than it was with the first deal. So I would say this team at Pohanka Kia is the best. Anyone need a car go see Maurice the salesman and he will get everything started he's the best!☺️

I worked with Will and he was fantastic. He spent a lot of time with me and was very patient with my questions and indecision. He wasn’t pushy like you’d expect a car salesperson to be! After I bought the car he spent time showing me how everything worked on the dash and even set up my blue tooth with my cell. A day after I bought the car he reached out to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions I had. Overall it was a great experience working with him, his assistant, Hannah, and all the financial people.
