- PMPatricia Mensonides5 days ago5.0It did not start out well. Salesman gave us a quick overview of the vehicle. I liked it a lot. His sales manager gave us a real lowball estimate on our trade-in, did not mention any deals, rebates. Just list price. We went to another Hyundai dealer. That salesman went over car’s features in much greater detail. They wanted our business. They gave us a much higher value for trade in and better price for vehicle. They tried to get the Atlantis Blue I wanted but was unsuccessful. Then we went back to Pohanka. They worked my son on matching pricing and worked hard to get the car I wanted. Do it was the work of 2 dealers that got the deal done, but only one got the sale.

He took the time to explain all of the complex electronics and offered to come in on his day off to finalize the sale. Robin from the Mercedes dealership handled the paperwork efficiently and pleasantly. Excellent experience.

I absolutely love the video that they send you that shows And tells you exactly what they’re doing and checking on the car and any recommendations. Great experience I’ve decided this is the only place I’m going to take my car going forward.

I am kept informed on the status of my vehicle with text messages and a video of what was done and what, if anything, is recommend. I never feel like they are telling me I need things that I don't.
