  Wish I would’ve gotten her name but the person who assisted me had the brightest attitude and was very attentive. Also great energy among the staff, thank you guys! 😊

  I would LOVE to start off with this…. As I walked into that building I was told all they had was a ford f150.. no sedan… no suv… no van… a truck. Remind you I asked for “compact sedan” about a week before even coming to pick up my rental. I would also love to add the truck was a disgusting mess! Sticky mess all over the steering wheel, seats and floors. Now my real complaint is the fact the woman never told me that my “insurance” I paid for would continue every day after grabbing the rental. I told the woman all I had for a certain amount of money on my card so ONLY do th two days… (single mom that’s struggling), fast forward to drop off day, told me everything looked excellent and I was good to go nothing about owing .. 4 days later I get a message about a unpaid bill that was on a Friday. I called and told them I would pay the remaining balance next week when I get paid. Tell me why at 10:30PM enterprise took out the money that Saturday. Now I have rent due Monday… now I can’t pay for the roof over my head bc yall took the money out WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. A call or text would of been nice. And actually what would off been AMAZING is if the lady actually said “hey by the way this continues after paying” cuz I would not of got it if I knew that. Have a blessed day and corporate will definitely be hearing from me!! NEVER AGAINNN

  I have been a member for 10+ years. They always take care of business along with great customer service skills. Although the location does great, I must say the 1 person i would like to take the time to admire/appreciate is Jay. I was beyond satisfied with his ability to keep a professional demeanor even with everything that was happening. He's helped me multiple times and consistently delivers. Which is also why he so deserving of his recent promotion. Great job Jay!
