  Didn't get the vehicle we reserved ahead of time and requested ahead of time. The day before, we were notified and had to accept a smaller vehicle. The manager did try to fix the situation, but no vehicles were available. Not the first time enterprise has let us down, 2 yr in a row now. SMH.

  The vehicle smelled like weed and the customer service was horrible. I spent hours waiting and didn't get what was paid for. After talking to others apparently this is common. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

  My car insurance company set my reservation, Stacy called me to say they didn't have a car for me on that particular day, I could come the next day. I let her know my car was stolen and I didn't have my driver's licenses but I had the paperworkfrom.MVA,she said that was fine. I get to the store and she's asking for everything I told her I didn't have. She claimed she needed me to print out the paper from MVA, I asked her could I email it to her she says no I need the paper, I explained to her if she had told me that when I spoke with her yesterday I would have brought it. 30 minutes later she walks outside to do a safety check. Comes back in ask for my payment card has me sign a few places on her iPad. Finally able to leave as I'm driving back to work I hear a noise,the car is making a horrible noise. I call she said I can bring it back the same day, I explained to her I don't get off until after they are closed. She told me to bring it first thing the next morning,only for her to call 30 minutes before she told me to come, she has no cars on her lot. The worst service I've ever experienced with enterprise.

  I highly recommend this place! They are very responsive, helpful and affordable. If they don’t have the vehicle you prefer, they’ll do their best to find you something else that will match or exceed what you’re looking for! A+

  Enterprise took a stressful situation of not having car for a 4 day period and made it extremely pleasant. From start to finish....it was painless and effortless due the staff's ability to find a car to meet my needs and expectations. I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. I will use Enterprise in the future for my car needs.
