I do not know why they do reservations and the explanations they gave me did not make sense. If you cannot do your business in this little town then don't do it.

The rental had previous occupants that unfortunately smoked in the vehicle which they tried to clean as best as they could but unfortunately did not help. When I talked with them days after and explained the smell was still bad they accommodating me by waving the fuel replacement. Nice!

Extremely disappointed in the disrespect for time I've received for trying to pick up a rental through valid insurance claims. Got turned away Saturday only to almost get turned down again for not having an "appointment" their next business day. Was not told they would cancel my reservation all together when they turned me away the first time. Save yourself some hassle and at least don't use this location.
