  One of the worst experience. I would not recommend anything done from here or this company. I got a inpection due within 7 days so I set up a appointment for that monday which gave me 5 days left. Glen burnie called me to come early but I couldnt. When i got there , they tell me that the bracket of windshield is not right and they will throw all the codes so they have to order another one. I told them I am in a lil hurry so they set me up to a Rosedale location since they are distributing. without letting them know about anything about my situation. They rescheduled for wendnesday. I came and explained the situation. They took my car for 2 hours and come to me and say they can not calibrate it. I asked what the problem was and tells me about the bracket. Fast forward, tech was saying thay glen burnie location did me dirty since they didnt wanna deal with me. And they won't be able to get mine done for another 7 to 10 days since they have to order a new different company glass. My question is why do you guys not communicate nor try to take any responsibility for this matter ? This is like the most ridiculous customer service/ buying a product from a company. You guys are literally the worst company in my book now. Cashier lady were gave me an attitude when I asked if this thing cant be done any sooner or see the schedule, she said I gotta authorize that im gonna use safelite ..... what a bs. She calls me back for some reason and tell me to hold and doesnt talk for 5 mins lol African american cashier lady made me more furious.

  Great experience here. Wonderful lady at checkin-in started the ball rolling well. She was professional and kind and communicative. My tech, sorry to say I forget his name, was exceptional and kept me informed. They said 2 hours because my windshield required calibration, and that tech was great, too, and 2 hours it was! No problems since installation either! The windshield is quite expensive so I do not need to see that crew anytime soon, but if I do, I Know I will be in great hands.   My experience with safe light in middle river located on the yellow brick road was fantastic. The technician was extremely polite and called me when my vehicle was ready which only took 2 hour. The workmanship is great you can't even tell anyone was working on the car. Pick up and drop off went extremely smooth. I highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a front windshield!

  Had windshield repair warranty on my car ..I felt because I had it they thought it’s ok to damage my windshield and it’s ok… I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to go or to have any repair to their windshield.. I just had a chip ..save you some time and money, if it’s not cracked and not bothering you or in your view just leave it… I now have to replace the whole windshield wasted my 5 hr wait time waiting on them on a Saturday…wish I could give zero stars… but had to give one to leave this message ..

  Thomas from Safelite did an excellent job. He provided clear and timely communications prior to the repair; He arrived at the designated time and completed the replacement of the passenger-side rear window on my 2025 MDX in under an hour at my home - no need to drive to a Safelite location! The coordination Safelite and Allstate was seamless and trouble-free. If I ever need another window or windshield replaced, I will be sure to contact Safelite and ask for Thomas.
