  I recently went to NTB in Rosedale for just an oil change, and I truly ended up having one of the best experiences I’ve had at an auto shop. Mohammed at the front desk helped me from start to finish, and he was caring, professional, and very honest the whole time. My appointment was at 8:00 AM and I arrived a little late around 8:10, but they still took care of me with no issues. Around 8:40 AM, Mohammed came and explained that they found another issue with my car. I was definitely worried because I only came in expecting an oil change. He calmly explained that if I planned on driving long distances, it would be safer to get the issue fixed because it could potentially cause more damage later. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy and took the time to explain everything clearly. I asked if the repair could be done the same day, and he said he would need to order the part first and see if it could arrive in time. At 9:17 AM he called me to the counter and let me know he was able to order the part, but it wouldn’t arrive until around noon. Instead of making me sit in the shop for hours, he let me take my car and told me he would call once the part arrived. That level of consideration really stood out to me. He also gave me a few discounts, which I truly appreciated because the repair ended up being over $800. That helped more than he probably knows. He called me back at 12:23 PM and told me to start heading back to the shop. I arrived around 12:45 PM, and by 1:15 PM the car was already back on the lift. Everything was repaired and finished by 1:37 PM. I also want to mention the blonde-haired guy with the ear gauges; he was very respectful and kind. I had mentioned earlier that Mohammed said they would check the engine light on my dashboard. Mohammed had accidentally forgotten to tell the mechanics before I left earlier that morning, but he apologized, owned the mistake, and they still kept their word. Even though the light had gone away by the time I returned, they were still able to pull the previous code and explain exactly what caused it. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going into repair shops because some places will try to take advantage if they think you don’t know much about cars. This experience did not feel like that at all. I genuinely felt respected and taken care of. I’m very happy I decided to go there that day, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

  I had a great experience at NTB Tire & Service Centers. The staff was very helpful, informative, and trustworthy throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about the work being done on my vehicle. the team kept me updated and made sure everything was handled the right way. I appreciate the professionalism and customer service and would definitely recommend them. Shout out to Mr. Mohammad and Ty they were Awsome!!!

  The guy I belive his name is Nathan that fixed my husbands control arms and sway bar link did an amazing job however the customer service by John was completely unprofessional and very disrespectful to a point where another manger had to come get him and ask him the step in the back because he was getting loud with me when I questioned why there was added things on my bill such as wiper blades and fuel cleaning telling me that blades couldn’t be removed because my old blades had already been thrown away he needs to be removed immediately. Thank you to Tylil (sorry if I missed spelled it ) for the excellent customer service and hospitality! Your experience and ability to understand the problem was much appreciated!

  I had a great experience getting my oil change here! When I arrived, I was told there was one car ahead of me, but John immediately stepped in and said he would take my car right away. He was professional, efficient, and had everything done in 30 minutes or less. I truly appreciated the quick service and positive attitude. I left very happy… thank you, John!

  Great Service and Team Players at NTB 6211 Rossville BLVD John and Mohammed were very helpful they went above and beyond to make sure All my tires were good before leaving. All the guys in the background who also worked on my tires very pleasant showed me what the problem was 10 mins I was in and out.Thank you Team 6211 Ross ville BlVD
