  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mr. Tire. I came in specifically for tire replacements and somehow needed an additional service for an issue I never had before bringing my vehicle in. It felt like I was being taken advantage of and pressured into paying for something unrelated to the service I originally requested. On top of that, I waited approximately 8 hours just to have new tires installed, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OF URGENCY, be prepared to be here all day or a minimum of 4 hours After looking at the reviews on Google and Yelp, I’m even more concerned because many other customers appear to describe similar experiences. At this point, I feel ripped off and scammed, and I would strongly recommend that people carefully consider these reviews before trusting this location with their vehicle.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mr. Tire. On Friday around 2:15–2:30 p.m., I brought my vehicle in to have four new tires installed and to receive a wheel alignment paid a total of $879 for these services. After leaving, my car still didn’t feel right, so I returned on Sunday. That’s when I found out that the alignment I paid for had never been completed. It is unacceptable to charge a customer for a service that wasn’t performed, especially when that service directly affects the safety and handling of the vehicle. I trusted Mr. Tire to complete the work I paid for, and instead I had to take time out of my weekend to return because the issue was never addressed. I expect better communication, honesty, and quality control from a professional auto service shop. I hope this is corrected promptly and that steps are taken to ensure this doesn’t happen to another customer. As a women I feel as if we don’t get treated fairly and if we’re not paying attention to our vehicles this could have been a very bad situation.
