  Flat out lied about the state of my tires and brakes. Took my car somewhere else and spent $500 less than what Mr.Tire quoted me.

  The young gentleman that changed my tire did a pretty good job. It would have been nice if he actually put the spare tire back underneath my SUV where it belonged. No big deal though. My main issue is with the young gentleman that was responsible for taking payment and completing the transaction. He had trouble logging in to the system, so he made a phone call to someone who instructed him to call IT. Clearly, he was frustrated, but I had already made it clear that I was pressed for time. Instead of calling IT right away, he proceeds to walk over to Arby’s and orders himself some lunch. He later returns, food in hand, sits the food on the counter, and then goes to the bathroom and washes his hands. He comes back and takes a seat at the counter and starts complaining to the other gentleman that he has to call IT. Finally, after sitting for another 5-8 minutes, he makes the phone call. It took IT 3 minutes to fix the problem. Instead of waiting for 45 minutes total, I could have been in and out in 15. There needs to be some adult supervision. These gentlemen shouldn’t be left alone.

  I called them and booked a Maryland State Inspection. When I arrived, I was told they don't do Maryland State Inspections. This is the opposite of what I was told on the phone about this location. They even saw my appointment information in their system, they said it was for an oil change. So I missed work and got my wife out of bed to give me a ride home for nothing. The kicker? On the marquee, it says "MD STATE INSPECTION."

  I went back because I have a lifetime balance and rotate. I asked for my receipt, and they told me that I didn't need one. I told them I wanted one that way I knew what the mileage was when I had it done. I am 70 years old and I have been a mechanic all my life. I presently work on transit buses, and I know what torque specs are. When I got home, I put my truck in the garage and went to take the wheel off to check on my cv axle that was leaking, they never told me about it. Plus if they were rotated, I would have grease on oneof the other 3 tires from my CV axle leaking.Plus I could not get 2 of the lug. Nuts off because there were overtorqued, they didn't ask me what the torque specs were or did not have enough sense to look at the door jam to see the tire pressure. They just ran the lug nuts in with a impact then put the torque wrench on and click no movement. We were trained that when you torque, something you have to have a little bit of movement. Then, hear The Click that way. It is properly torqued. plus there was no valve caps Put on the valve stem. I will definitely see about going to another mister tire because of this .
