  Matt is absolutely amazing. Corporate assured me I’d have a 1 ton dully at my local location then failed to mention there were no trucks (1/2, 3/4, 1 ton) in the entire region. With 5 minutes until closing (due to calling every enterprise in a 200 mile radius) he not only had one on the lot, picked it up next morning 20 minutes after opening. Ontop of that, when corporate kept giving the run around after having MULTIPLE reservations they couldn’t fulfill, he went out of his way to make sure he helped as much as he could as well as had the area regional manager reach out for help. 15/10

  This Enterprise location has the most amazing staff and service I’ve experienced. I needed 3 liftgate trucks in less than a week, and Matt told me he would have them ready to pick up without a problem. I contacted 2 other companies, and they could not promise me the same thing, and Matt handled it like it was just another day. The staff were patient and walked us through the operation of each truck. Big thanks to Jabriel and Ron for getting us on the road so quickly; they were total professionals. This location is right next to the highway, so it’s an easy pick-up/drop off. If you ever need a truck…this is the place to go.

  If I could rate this experience less , I would . On Monday , March 12 , 2018 , I rented a van for two days . Cost $59 a day . $150 deposit . The damage shown in the photo was there at the time of my pick up .The employee , never noted the damage on any paperwork . When returning the van , the employee tells me I have damaged the vehicle's doorstop cover. Therefore relinquishing my deposit. I did no such thing . I find it odd the damage in the picture was not also noted ? !! I feel I have become the scapegoat for fraudulent business practices . Like I am being held responsible for the damage another party did to the van .BEWARE , take pictures of ALL parts of the vehicle you rent . Make sure the employee notes all damage . Shame on Enterpise .
