- RSryan seeley1 day ago1.0Call this place and get put on hold for 20 minutes trying to find out where my part is. Autozone in general is horrible. There are more people standing around in this store than on staff at Middle River.

He quickly helped diagnose the issue with my vehicle and made sure I had the correct parts and tools needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he was patient, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to help. I truly appreciated his expertise and positive attitude, and I would definitely recommend this AutoZone location to others if David is still working there because of the great service I received from him.

I immediately went into the store for an exchange and was told no refunds due to open package. Store representative offered me to purchase another bulb with no exchange. I was hesitant to listen to staff recommendations due to me being advised to purchase the wrong bulb in the first place. The manager was not helpful to me or staff to even verify if i was purchasing the correct bulb. Please hire knowledgeable staff members. Thank you for your consideration.
