  Well to begin, my glass had a crack in it originally that was small. I had it filled which made it bigger and I knew it could which was fine but at least it stoped it from spreading. Except, it didn’t even last 24 hours before the crack expanded down my windshield needing to replace the entire thing. When I had it replaced, I found shards of glass all over everything for days on end. The shards are so small you can’t see them until the light hits it and when you run your finger over something you end up with tiny cuts all over your hands.

  The shop tried 4 times to fix the same issue. On the first 3 times, the shop was cutting corners, not putting the part suppose to support the sensor. (I was told) On the last attempt it seems the shop was using the old part from the 3rd attempt. 100% not satisfy

  The technician who repaired my front windshield did an excellent job. He knew exactly what needed to be done, took his time to make sure everything was done right, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.   From the endless calls prior to the service to the mistakes made on my car, to the hostile interactions with the employees when those mistakes were pointed out, working with this Safelite office was a terrible experience.

  Antoine, the glass technician/expert, was clearly knowledgeable and efficient about windshields. My car is an older one that doesn't have all the expensive sensors and technology that newer cars have but still needs expert installers and he delivered. Price wasn't bad considering everything is expensive these days. He knocked this job out in less than an hour. Very pleasant gentleman and I hope the company treats him and those techs like him well....they are your company and I wouldn't take them for granted. I've used Safelite quite a few times over the years and never had issues. I'd definitely recommend using them. He even showed me some of the tools he uses on the new windshields to sync up or configure the new technology built-in to the newer cars. Amazing. I think manufacturers have gone overboard myself and don't think drivers need all of these expensive and unrepairable windshield gadgets but it is good to know Safelite has the experience to repair these too. Great job...
