  Got a gash on my tire on Sunday and I was able to schedule an appointment to get my tire replaced at this location the next day. Checking in times were fast, and service time was also really fast too- less than an hour. Tech was Elon!

  Great service! I found a large slit in the sidewall of my tire and they were able to get me in right away. Jin did an excellent job explaining all of my options, walking me through the pros and cons, and giving me time to decide on the best solution without feeling pressured. If you ever need a quick tire replacement or help unexpectedly, this is definitely a place I’d recommend.

  I brought my 2025 Mercedes-Benz C300 to NTB-National Tire & Battery on 05/02 to replace a front driver-side tire after hitting a pothole. What should have been a routine tire replacement turned into one of the most dangerous experiences I’ve ever had with an auto shop. After leaving the shop, I immediately knew something felt wrong with the car. The steering and wheel did not feel secure at all. Thankfully, I trusted my instincts and returned to the shop within an hour. It turns out the technician had NOT properly installed the wheel on my vehicle. This was not a minor mistake — this was a life-threatening safety failure. I was literally about to leave for a road trip with my wife that same day. If that wheel had come loose on the highway at high speed, the outcome could have been catastrophic. I spoke directly with the manager, Jin, who acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. He told me he would review the CCTV footage, escalate the issue to corporate, and follow up regarding how the company planned to address and compensate for such a dangerous mistake. After that conversation, I never heard back from him again. It has now been over 10 days with zero follow-up, zero accountability, and zero concern shown for the severity of what happened. The most alarming part is not just the negligence itself, but the complete lack of professionalism afterward. When a shop improperly secures a wheel on a customer’s car, especially on a luxury AWD vehicle like a Mercedes-Benz, that is not a small oversight — it is the kind of mistake that can kill someone. The fact that management failed to follow through afterward only makes the experience worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. A tire shop’s most basic responsibility is ensuring the wheels are safely installed before the car leaves the building. In my case, they failed at the most fundamental level possible.

  This is my go-to place for tires. About a year ago, I purchased four new tires, and Jin helped me choose the best option for my car while staying within my budget. Since then, they’ve consistently honored the warranty and taken care of any issues—whether it’s pothole damage or nails in the tires—quickly and reliably. I really appreciate how easy they make the process.
