  The staff here is very friendly, efficient and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Maung for making sure my tire is fixed same day without sacrificing safety. Mr. Maung is also very courteous both in person and on the phone and explained everything very well.

  Great experience with this company. Called them at 4pm due to a blowout. Got there at 5. They had a tire in stock, replaced, balanced and aligned by 6. All very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend these guys.

  May 22, 2026 coming home one of my tires started to leak air and I couldn't make it home. I had to google closes tire shop and Mr. Tire (5119 Frederick Rd Rockville MD) was it. The tire couldn't be fixed and all 4 were near end of life. Had all replaced, balance, alignment, road hazard ins. Tires cost $1,156 total bill $1,857. Drove the truck over the weekend and had problems. Tires were over inflated, 47, 44, 44 & 41 psi should be 36psi. Really bad vibration at 70 mph and alignment was worse than before. I took my truck to my shop and the balance of all 4 tires were way off. The truck was out of alignment and the back tire is making a thumping noise (didn’t do this with old tires). I called Mr. Tire the following Monday to get a refund on the road hazard ins. as it’s not worth the cost. The guy said they would call back later that day or the next day. No call back by 4:30pm next day I called back in. Same guy tried to act like this was the first time hearing about this and would call back next day. This is why I didn’t make a special trip (22 Miles away from me) back to them to fix the problems. I don’t trust them to do anything at this point. My regular shop rebalance all 4 tires, realign the truck & couldn’t fix the thumping noise as it’s most likely the tire. Now 75+ mph and no vibration and alignment is spot on. Be careful of this store.
