  Everyone was very nice but I wish I asked and they told me (as a woman) how much it was to plug a tire. When I paid, I was charged almost $60!!! I feel like I was charged that much by being a woman thinking I wasn’t smart. I know I would never go back if I have any other tire issues. I feel like I should have gone back to the dealership and not pay that much. The tire was balanced but still feel the cost was excessive.

  I wasn’t expecting to be in this auto repair shop initially. I’m not from here, and we just moved in. We didn’t know where to go for reliable car repairs in the Rockville area. However, I can say that this branch is great at fixing my car problems. They also take the time to talk to you and explain what the issue is..

  Actually I would say it's 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 stars. 2 hours to change out four tires and do a front end alignment I think is overkill. I think they did a good job on installing the new tires but one and a half hours to do them. I understand the amount of time needed (last 1/2 hour was used) for an alignment but not the tires. Good customer service coming in the door and getting a price. I was told I could get them done now if I have a couple of hours. Over all OK.

  I would not recommend. I had a nail in the tire and they tried to convince me that it was not repairable. They wanted me to replace two tires that had very little mileage. I told them that I would seek another opinion and the second opinion was that the tire was repairable. They could have fixed it and get my business, now they only get a poor review.
