I do not recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. I came here for a routine oil and filter change. You would expect an in and out service of about 30 minutes right? Absolutely NOT ! Almost 3 hours there. This was rocket science to them. At some point there were 4 technicians under the truck trying to locate and remove the oil filter. Then, for whatever reason, all of the oil came out the engine and spilled over the floor. I had to ask the counter employee for a written statement because I could not trust their service and was fearing of some type of engine damage. Untrained staff, incompetence, negligence. You name it. Not recommended.

Marvin did an exceptional job changing my tires with the Roll by Goodyear mobile service! Friendly, professional and competent, Marvin had all four of my tires changed in less than an hour, all while I was at work! This service is amazing and I'd highly recommend asking for Marvin!

I had a TPMS valve breakdown on me in the middle of the road which caused a flat tire I got stuck in the middle of the road and the spare wheel was also stuck and I had to call roadside assistance I came here and they helped me in a very professional way they replaced my tire and in the process they made a small mistake which they told me about and they were very sincere these guys are not your usual "let's make up stuff and then charge the customer" kind of shop but rather a professional one. like my dad always said "we're not rich enough to buy cheap stuff" and today I witnessed that. I got service that I wouldn't have gotten in any other place. A special thanks to the lady that helped me in the front desk I think her name was Janelle.

Had to get 4 tires replaced, but 1 was completely flat so I had them replace just that one to start. I decided to get the rest of my tires and alignment at Nissan. Turns out Goodyear purposely kept my wheel lock so I would return there for the other 3 tires. They had it for SIX days and did not call me. Their reasoning? "You left before the technician had a chance to put it back in your car," even though I didn't leave until they told me the car was ready. They also said if I wanted my tires aligned I would need to buy caster kits. Nissan said this wasn't true, and did my alignment just fine (and for free) without purchasing a caster kit.
