  Very well run location. Another location ran out of cars so I called this one. Ebrahim explained to me the process and was trying to help the best he could. Eventually I called 4 branches and no one had any availability but Ebrahim took initiative and called me back once he had a return. He set me up with a great option immediately and saved my trip. Thanks Ebrahim!

  After dealing with countless car rental companies, I can honestly say this was my most satisfying experience. This location is extremely busy,and at other rental places,it would take over an hour just to complete the paperwork.But this location, despite the heavy traffic,Mr Ebrahim handled numerous customers all by himself - calm,polite,and sincere,while keeping every customer's needs in mind.I truly appreciated how steadily he answered questions,listened to input,and made decisive moves. He is a true professional and definitely deserves high praise.

  Excellent service. The staff is professional and kind. Wait time was minimal for pickup and drop off. The car we rented was well taken care of and in excellent condition. I would definitely visit this location again.

  Ebrahim was a rockstar. He was on the phone when I walked in, still managed to look up and acknowledge me. He helped me quickly and went through my vehicle options. He was calm, professional and had such great energy. Four more people walked in and he managed them all, answered questions, solved problems and did it with such a great attitude! If he worked in healthcare I would have tried to offer him a job! Lol Kalyn or whomever his boss is, please celebrate this man! He’s a valuable asset to your team.
