- MSMichael Smith4 days ago1.0I reserved a sedan through Enterprise after an accident last week, and when I arrived to pick one up, I was told the only one available was an Audi that sustained massive front-end damage the day before. I was shuttled to the Frederick Rd. location where I was given a car covered in soap film that was more than 600 miles past its service interval. Had to clean it myself with RainX. After correcting the time of rental twice, I had the car for 5 days. When I returned the car and got my receipt, I was charged for an entire week of rental, and was pointed to some arcane fine print when I called to ask about it. I'm going to rent with other services from this point on.
