I have rented 66 vehicles from the Rockville Parklawn Enterprise location over the past 2.5 years, and until today, have had nothing but amazing service. Today, however, the service that I received was awful. I arrived at the location at around 5:55pm, which was 5 minutes before closing time. The staff were visibly annoyed that they had customers in the office so close to closing time. The very young staff member who helped me initially described himself as an "intern" and he seemed to not fully understand the process of renting cars to customers. This is understandable. However, this staff member was arrogant/rude and unprofessional. He insisted that I needed to provide my credit card and personal insurance information to him, despite the fact that this was a corporate rental that was paid for by the credit card that is attached to the reservation. For the previous 66 vehicles that I have rented from this location, I have never once provided my credit card and insurance information. This staff member and I argued this point extensively, until ultimately his manager got involved,. Unfortunately, the manager was just as rude and unprofessional as his intern. I kept explaining that I have never had to provide this information during previous rentals, and the manager's response was "I don't care." This manager also suggested that the staff members that previously rented vehicles to me at this location were not doing their job correctly, and that is why they were "no longer here." Ultimately, these rude and unprofessional staff members became annoyed with my argument/stance, and they refused to rent me a vehicle, despite the fact that my company had reserved a vehicle for me. I had to call a family member to come pick me up from the location. Before leaving, I asked the staff member that was helping me to give me his name, and he refused. I am a platinum enterprise plus member (highest tier) and honestly, I can't recall an instance where I have ever received worse customer service. I will never rent a vehicle from this location again, and I will share my story widely, so that others know what they are in for when they come to this location.

My husband has rented from Enterprise for years. He is a physician who works for a company that rents him a car when he covers hospitals on weekends. He has always had awesome managers and staff, but the last manager left recently, and today he received the worst service imaginable. The staff were rude, used foul language, and refused to rent him a car when he did not have his insurance card readily available (he has never been asked to show his insurance over the last few years, possibly because it is a corporate rental, and he rents from this location 1-2/month). There was a young Caucasian male who was very unprofessional in appearance and attitude, very rude, and, when asked, refused to give his name. My husband left without a car, and after 3 years of renting, will not be returning. It is so sad when management changes, and they cannot get simple customer service right. So Disappointing... especially when they were so excellent in the past...I would have recommended this location in the past, but I would stay far away from here now!!!

Exceptional service. James (manager), Daniel and Sam were outstanding. Professional and friendly. They went over and beyond. A very satisfied customer. I will rent from them again and again.
Angela and Daniela are two of the best car rental agents in Montgomery County, and Enterprise on Parklawn Drive is the best car rental place to rent from. It's not an accident that State Farm sends customers with car rental needs to this particular Enterprise location. Angela and Daniela really do care - and they do everything they can to insure you have a great rental experience. I've needed extended car rentals two times in the past couple of months and I'm very impressed with their attention to detail and how easy they've made it for me. Thank you Angela and Daniela!
