  The customer service at the White Flint location was OUTSTANDING! Darius and the team were kind, thoughtful, patient and shared useful information about the time to prep the car and get it ready for my use. Darius is a bright, smart, highly capable leader who thanked his teammate for her support after the Monday morning rush and spoke to every customer who was waiting for a car. As I said to him, I'd hire him in a heartbeat - he has all the qualities needed to be a fantastic leader!

  Ebrahim was excellent to work with. I came into Enterprise last minute without a reservation and needed a vehicle as soon as possible. He was extremely helpful, respectful, and was able to get me into a vehicle quickly despite the short notice. His customer service was top notch from start to finish. He was professional, easy to deal with, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend asking for Ebrahim if you visit this Enterprise location. Great customer service and a great overall experience!

  One of the lowest customer service in the area. The give us a car with bad odor , we wait the get a clean car , now asking for extra pay gor the replacement car . Avoid this location , I always had good experiences with enterprise everywhere .
