  One of the lowest customer service in the area. The give us a car with bad odor , we wait the get a clean car , now asking for extra pay gor the replacement car . Avoid this location , I always had good experiences with enterprise everywhere .

  After a different enterprise called us 2 hrs before pickup to talk us our car was not available, we ended up at this Enterprise and Darius was a superstar who went above and beyond!

  Reservation was made through booking.com but didn't get the car at the pickup. Enterprise informed me that they unable communicate with me as they don't have my phone number but they supposed to have my info through booking.com. the guy at the desk also informed me that it happens quite often if the reservation is made through third party apps like booking.com and I should called them to make sure about reservation. We use the third party apps for convenience. Whats the point If customer again needs to make call to be confirmed. Its very dishonest of Enterprise for making lame excuse.

  Have had great experiences renting from Enterprise's Parklawn Drive facility in Rockville. James and Darius are tremendous agents, as is their assistant Nardos. They help make Enterprise the best place to rent from. The staff go out of their way to insure a smooth rental. Returning my last car I forgot and left my personal EZ-Pass in the glove box, but James telephoned me the same day, said they'd found it and made sure it was returned. It's one small example, but indicative of the service. The cars are spotless and the attention to detail is special. Thanks James, Darius and Nardos!
