  If I could give them 10 stars I would! Phil and Kyle were so kind and helpful! They took time to get to know my needs for my trip. I would recommend this enterprise to everyone! I also overheard Phil on a phone call, and he was smiling talking to someone. So refreshing to see people who genuinely care about their customers! Thanks guys - 10 stars to you!!

  The switch that adjusts the forward and backward position of the front passenger seat was broken. The seat was stuck in the maximum forward position. Not enough room to use that seat. Should’ve been checked before renting. Had to return and exchange the car, which was inconvenient.
