    Have tried to call each location in our area for a pickup for an insurance based reservation and after waiting more than 10min on automated hold for each I give up. Good luck to anyone trying to reach a person at any location in Bethesda, Rockville, Wheaton. Update: upon driving to two of the locations, each staff member said it’s just me working here and we don’t have any cars available. Even though a reservation was made.

    I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I arrived seeking a simple extension on a rental vehicle I already had. A female employee initially began assisting me, but a manager(William/Will) abruptly redirected her elsewhere and took over my transaction. After quoting me a higher rate than what had just been discussed, he instructed me to wait. While I was waiting, I watched him assist multiple white customers who arrived after me. Most appeared to be there for new rentals or returns, while I was simply requesting an extension on an existing rental. Even after I explained that I had already been waiting and needed assistance, I continued to be overlooked(Mind you, I was the only African American that was at the location at the time). When I questioned the price difference and the delay, rather than addressing my concerns, I was told to go home and come back the next day. This was unacceptable customer service and left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. What made the situation even more concerning is that I later learned the previous manager, Chris, who had built strong relationships with many customers in the community, was no longer there and had been replaced. The atmosphere and treatment I experienced felt dramatically different from what I had encountered in the past. I recorded the interaction and am preserving the video. I am requesting that Enterprise corporate leadership review this incident, including customer treatment practices at this location. Customers deserve to be treated fairly, consistently, and respectfully regardless of what race they are. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had with Enterprise, and I hope corporate takes it seriously. **In the meantime, if you are African American and show up at this location, you have been warned in advance.**

    Hello, good afternoon. I hope you are doing well. I would like to respectfully express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I had today, May 23, 2026. I contacted customer support with what I believed was a simple question and was placed on hold for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes without receiving proper assistance in a timely manner. I completely understand that there may be busy periods or unexpected delays, and I always try to be patient and respectful with customer service representatives. However, waiting such a long amount of time for assistance was extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expected clearer communication, better support, and a more reasonable response time. I value professionalism and good customer care, which is why I felt it was important to share my experience respectfully. In my opinion, the service I received today did not meet the level of quality that customers should reasonably expect. I sincerely hope steps can be taken to improve response times and the overall customer experience moving forward so that other customers do not face similar situations.

    I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service at the location. The young men communicated well. They also operated efficiently and effectively despite the high demand for their attention at the time. They told me the process and my options clearly. Later, I followed up with a concern and it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this Enterprise location. The customer service at this location is refreshing.
