  Horrible customer service and they WILL sell you cars that are in terrible condition. Save yourself time and most importantly MONEY and avoid this place at all costs.

  Don't do it. This place puts on a really great front at first but they aren't knowledgeable and couldn't careless if they give you a vehicle that isn't up to spec. I purchased a 2024 Jeep Cherokee. Day I bought it I couldn't leave with it because there was a "leak/coolant issue". They call me a week later saying it's all fixed but refused to give me any service record of what was done. 2 weeks later and the AC won't blow cold and the hybrid battery won't get to a full charge. Mo, the so called customer experience manager couldn't possibly careless and his response was "well, the battery isn't new so.." so, sucks? Like tough luck? Chico, didn't even know the plug in hybrid in esave mode can charge on it's own, it's a setting you need to turn on and he tried to tell me it only charges when its plugged in...wrong. I knew I should have listened when tons of people told me not to fall for these "positive" reviews but I guess I had to learn for myself. I will make it my mission to make sure not a single person I know ever purchases a car from these incompetent, rude and unhelpful people at this location.

They took the time to answer every question honestly and thoroughly, whether it was about the car's condition, ownership history, or the buying process itself. The transparency was impressive. They clearly explained the vehicle's background, and I appreciated that many of their cars had been well-maintained and came with a solid history. It was also reassuring to know that the vehicles had been inspected by a certified company, and the maintenance garage is conveniently located near the dealership. A special thank you to Daniel and the manager for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. They were friendly, patient, professional, hospitable, and highly knowledgeable. They guided me through all the paperwork, explained the important details clearly, and made sure I felt confident at every step of the purchase. Thanks to their outstanding customer service and honesty, buying my car was a stress-free and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
