  I had a great experience getting my tire fixed! The service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. Alex and Jovial provided excellent customer service—they were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate their professionalism and positive attitude. Highly recommend their service!

  Great Service I had a great experience at NTB. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.   I had a rough day after a steel rod fell off someone’s trailer and went through my car’a bumper. Jovial is the one who helped me out and figured out the situation and got me in as quickly as he could. He walked through the prices for me and helped me get the best price he could given my situation. He was also very accommodating in the store and very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very kind and made sure I was taken care of and doing okay. Shout out to this crew for sure.

  I left my car in care to change the tires yesterday. Timothy at the front desk, was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car. Today I pick it up the car, they did a great job! Shawn at the front desk, help me with the checkout. Great attitude and very friendly! I would definitely recommend NTB to everyone. Thank you, for the great job you guys did on my car!

  Five stars for the person at front desk I recently had a chance to get my oil changed at NTB, right across from my pizza store. I don’t usually go there, but one of their customers is also our customer, and he had previously told me to come in and get an oil change with a discount. So I decided to give NTB a try. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly and very nice. He told me they were about to close in about 30 minutes and didn’t currently have anyone available to service my car. I asked if he could please make an exception, so he called someone, and a young technician came out to help. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became disappointing. This young kid has seen me probably 100 times coming in and out of my store, and I’ve seen him many times as well. He is usually around our store, often riding an old skateboard and wearing a torn shirt. He serviced my car, and afterward he was trying to reset the oil settings but couldn’t figure it out. It took some time, which I completely understood because every vehicle has different settings, and nobody can be expected to know every system. Since I was in a hurry, I told him it was okay and that I could take care of it myself. He agreed. I had already paid and was holding the paperwork in my hand. However, he was still sitting in my car, holding onto it, and calling out to another employee asking whether I had paid. The other employee was some distance away and couldn’t hear him clearly. At that point, I realized this young kid was not going to release my car until someone confirmed my payment. My friend, it’s 2026. Cameras are everywhere, and there are payment records for everything. Nobody is running away without paying—especially not at a professional business like NTB. I had already paid and had the paperwork in my hand. He couldn’t rol down window so he definitely can’t hear him then I called him to come close he is about to tell you something , Eventually, the other employee came closer and confirmed that I had paid. The whole situation left a very bad taste in my mouth. It wasn’t the oil change or the service itself—it was the unnecessary suspicion and the way the situation was handled. I hope management can speak with this employee and help him understand that treating customers this way can make people very uncomfortable and unhappy. Professionalism and trust are a big part of good customer service. Thank you for your attention.
