  Timothy described in detail the results of my alignment with me so it was very easy to understand & Trevon made it happen in the shop. Tires mounted, installed & 4 wheel alignment done. These guys were a great combo ✔️

  Dear Leadership Team, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your outstanding employees, Timothy, at the Reisterstown NTB location. From the moment I walked in with a braking issue on my 2013 Toyota Avalon, Timothy went above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. He got my vehicle into the shop immediately, clearly explained the issue, walked me through the pricing, and even presented financing options to help make the repairs manageable. At no point did I feel pressured—just well taken care of. I also want to recognize the technician who worked on my vehicle. The quality of the repair was exceptional. When I drove my Avalon after the service, it honestly felt like I had fallen in love with my car all over again. That’s the kind of experience every customer hopes for. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, Timothy reminded me that it still exists. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care made a lasting impression, and because of him—and the incredible work of your technician—you’ve earned a customer for life. As a resident of the area, I’ll gladly continue bringing my business to this location and recommending it to others.   The people at MEN really look out for you every single time I come in. From the service advisors to the mechanics, everyone treats you with respect and genuinely wants to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you’re looking for an auto repair shop that actually cares about its customers, this is the place. They consistently go above and beyond to make things happen, and I’ve never left feeling like just another number. To everyone at this location: thank you for the professionalism, honesty, and hard work. You all deserve a raise—seriously.

  I had a great experience this morning when helping my mom with her car tire. The service was fast, and Timothy was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of my mom’s concerns and made sure she felt comfortable and informed. It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely caring. We appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend him. Thank you Timothyyyy !!!

  Stay away from them!!!!!!! I took my car to NTB location of Owings Mills for change of tires and aligment , When I went to pick Up the car there was like 10 lights on the Dashboard. I went back inside Inquiring because I knew those lights were not on before I took my car there for service and the store manager tried to trick me into me Not being aware of those lights before there. He First showed me a picture took at 4:32 where couple of lights were on but not 10. After going back and forth with the store manager he started raising his voice which for me was unacptable as everything started as a question and Not blame , because he was yelling I decided to get in my car , pull the Window Up and go back home hoping everything could be solved by talking to somebody else , bottom line i ended up contacting corporate which offered me to ere do the aligment ( because yes , i even lost the spedometer , had the abs lights on , main drive malfunction, passenger seat, everything . The aligment was poorly done and the wheel was stiff and car was not going straight but pulling to one side , i was even scared to drive the car. The store manager Said I needed to drive it bit more and it would dissapear but when seing I wasn’t happy with the response he became louder and louder ( i quote my words saying : I’m not sure because I don’t know much about cars but , ill ask someone who knows and come back to you ) he took picjturd of the new dadhboard saying he was going to contact his boss and that it was like that .he was aggresive and argumentative, never felt so disrespected in my life ! One of the things the store manager Said while I was in there was because It’s a BMW things like that can happen when perfoming aby service and I appreciate the info but was going to be happy if someone has told me that before they touch my car so I could have had the decision to do it or not .. the dealer and my mechanic have done jobs before and it never happened but the moment whoever touched my car perfomed a service at Ntb the lights came on . I took it to this shop thinking they were serious and able to take care of my car but Now I have to run a 490 dollars diagnostic so to find out and see what is needed to cet my car how it was prior their service . I got the refund for the aligment and the aligment redone at another Ntb location the regional manager set yo for me ( had it in another location for 8 hrs) , the new aligment was miles of difference to the first one and the wheel went back to drive normal , so yes they did a poorly job in the first one and didn’t Even want to admit that , intentions of the manager was good but honestly for the pain and suffering and frustration after addresing my concerns with the store manager I would have love to take back the time and never bring it there . I spent 900 dólars in my visit there and yet have now to pay 490 for diagnostic, have been paying Uber to work because I couldn’t take my car to inspection after I took it there and my boyfriend had to take off 1 full Day to have them re do the aligment in another shop . I appreciate the 150 usd discount but I would never recommend anyone to take their car there , unless they are okay to have lights on after the service at least u are now aware it can happen.
