  Great experience here. Needed to patch my tire, so I made an appt for the same day. Ethan was knowledgeable and courteous, and explained the process to me. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes, and the job was done well. Definitely recommend!

  I was greeted immediately upon entering. The young man working upfront was very welcoming, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I came in for a tire plug initially and he was willing to do what I wanted without the pressure of upselling things or recommending services for more money. But after he talked me through what was going on with my situation we decided on a complete tire replacement would work best. Thank you for making my start to Mother’s Day smooth and efficient.

  I’ve had good experiences with Mr. Tire in the past, which is why I made an online appointment for today. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. When I arrived, an employee came out without speaking. After I explained I had an appointment, he had an attitude, asked me twice to move my car even though I wasn’t blocking the entrance, and told me to sit inside and wait. When he came in, he again had an attitude and asked the same questions already answered in my online appointment. I was the only customer in the shop. When I asked him what the issue was, he made an unnecessary comment about my work shirt, which felt unprofessional and irrelevant. There are several auto shops nearby, yet I chose Mr. Tire. However, the interaction was so unwelcoming that I left and went to Autostream, where the service was significantly better. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

  Came in right as shop was closing with a tire that was down for the count. Easily could have told me to come back tmrw, but Ethan was very friendly and fixed everything with almost no wait. Pricing great too. Thanks!

  Excellent service at this Mr Tire location. Ethan and Ayra (spelling?) were extremely responsive and look great care of me. I made an appointment but they started working on my vehicle way before my appointment time. I came in for a new tire and they sold it to me and installed it within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
