  Popped my tire on the highway and stopped here to get it fixed after putting the spare on. The guy at the counter was friendly and willing to help me out. Was hoping to get the tire fixed and be done and on my way but I was left to wait over an hour all because of one tool. Can’t hate on them too much because I did just show up out of nowhere but I was not expecting a plug in a tire and put back on my car to take over an hour.

  This review is in relation to how corporate manages their booking system, rather than this location specifically. However, I am posting it on their page as it's pertinent information for other users- THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO STATE INSPECTIONS. All of the Mr Tire locations phone numbers go to the general customer service line (which is clearly outsourced and answered by staff with little training and a script in front of them). They then schedule you for your service/appointment. Apparently, their system is not correct though, a they keep scheduling inspections at this location (mind you, I drove 50 minutes each way for the inspection, so I want to save an other customer the future hassle by writing this review). When I showed up, the front desk staff were nice enough, but could not do an inspection as this location doesn't do them. He suggested Pikesville, so I called the customer service line back and they were happy to rebook me there for the same day. Having learned my lesson, I insisted on getting connected to the actual Pikesville location... who told me that they don't have any openings until 3 days from today. So keep that experience in mind when you speak to their outsourced customer care team. So corporate gets/outsourced team gets 0 stars, but as we didn't do any service at this location, and I don't want to tank their ratings, I'm putting it in as a 4.

  The guys who work on Sunday were friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem and resolved my issue quickly.

  Very professional service. The manager was very friendly and the technician was very professional. I was showed the work that was needed and he was able to drive with me in order to identify the noise that I was hearing.

  Best experience I've EVER had at any automotive shop. I made an appointment for 10am to have one new tire put on my car, as I was riding on a donut. My wheel was already taken off of the car, and when I arrived at exactly 10 o'clock, Ethan was the gentleman I encountered at the front desk. He checked me in and had my tire repaired in literally 5 minutes!! I pulled my car around and he replaced the donut with my new tire and I was back on the road by 10:15!!!! INCREDIBLE!! I highly recommend choosing Mr Tire on Main St in Reisterstown for anything you may need that they offer. I took the time to write this review because I believe positive attention needs to be brought to management, as Ethan made my entire experience positive and worthwhile. Keep up the good work, Ethan, you make the company look good!!!
