  If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Scheduled a patch and an oil change because they said the oil change would be $54. It takes them FOUR HOURS to do what shouldve taken about 45 minutes and they didn't call to tell me that they 1) "couldn't" patch my tire 2) therefore changed the oil price. Oh and the only reason I knew this was because I called them; they certainly didn't call me. So I pay over $130 for an oil change which is insane. They then order a new tire since my tire was weirdly worn even though it was less than a year old and I got the tire from them; they say they prorated it. The tire was still magically over $130. What exactly did they prorate? When I arrived it took them 15 min to get the invoice together and I was nearly late to an appointment because I stood there waiting for them to put something together that should've already been prepared. They charged me over $300 at the end of it all. They are absolute crooks. whatever you do, DO NOT use this place.

  If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered tires through Tire Agent and they were delivered within two days, yet Monroe Auto and Tire Center somehow “couldn’t find them” for nearly TWO WEEKS. I kept getting the same excuse over and over until I finally contacted Tire Agent and suddenly, that same day, the tires magically appeared. That tells you everything you need to know. The incompetence didn’t stop there. I went in on Monday to schedule installation and was given a Wednesday 8 AM appointment. I showed up on time, only to be told to come back at 12 PM because the tire technician “wasn’t there.” So why schedule me for 8 AM in the first place? Either no one knows what they’re doing, or they simply don’t care. This place is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and has zero respect for customers’ time. What should have been a simple tire installation turned into weeks of excuses and wasted trips. Do yourself a favor go literally anywhere else.

  Although the tire change was fast, the young man forgot the tire cap. Then before I pulled off after paying I checked to see if my spare was replaced. IT WAS NOT! They put it back. I was so frustrated by then. Then my gut said to check to see if my tire lock was in the glove compartment IT WAS NOT! This was the worst service I could ever receive. Had I not checked all these things, it would have cost me a lot to replace. That young man needs to be restrained!
