  JD at AutoZone,11805 Reisterstown Rd was exceptionally helpful, kind, understanding, willingness to provide not only assistance but information, educational if you will to no end, I learned more about my Jeep from his knowledge then the sales guy at Jeep, he was very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help my daughter and I, thanks again JD.

  Today i went to auto zone and got more than I barging for in a good way my mom and I went to get some dust and dirt wipes and got informed that it was probably out cabin filter which he was right because I was told at the dealership a few months ago he not only helped us get the right filter he came to look at the car to see if he could show us, the help didnt stop there I told him I needed an alignment coming up and he referred me to his mechanic guy even called to get an estimated quote JD is the assistant store manager and he was amazing I gained so much more knowledge if you ever need anything from autozone please find him he was extremely kind and helpful even had a great sense of humor 💕

  Had my windshield wipers replaced and the attendant went the extra mile and helped me do it (I was a little iffy 😕). Quick and profesh

  Great store! Work with manager (Jordan) if you get into any brain stumpers with DIY repairs or need assistance getting parts for nearby mechanics (NTB, across the street). Long story short, has a light bulb come up as the wrong part in this location, Advance Auto and NAPA. Jordan was able to confirm the standard H11 bulb needed after showing him the assembly (removed myself). The issue wasnt with the store, but with the part being listed incorrectly in ALLDATA. Not sure how a bulb for 12+ vehicles gets mismatched (shrugs). Do your homework and work with this team, they are also wiling to get shipments from other stores if they dont have inventory. Great work, Great team very knowledgeable when they have the parts and inventory to match.
