Their tester wasn't working but the young lady whose name was "Amazing" used the diagnostic reader to see what was wrong with my Truck. She was very patient and helpful. The other young lady named *Phoenix*was also very knowledgeable and concerned about the issue. They did everything they could to help me. But I ended up having to purchase a battery.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
