  I received an oil,,and was going to have my 02 sensors changed, and was quoted a price of 1,009.00 and had it done for 400.00 at local car repair shop..

  The Randallstown location is a joke. I brought my vehicle there to be serviced days ago. Hours after they had my car, the manager called and said that they didn't have the part. I was so infuriated. They had my car for almost 4 hours. What were they doing? I wasted over 30 dollars in Uber, dropping my car off and then going back to pick it up. The manager seemed unfazed. I didn't get the work done and I lost out on money. Will never return!

  Mr. Tire has ALWAYS saved me when I have anything wrong with my truck. The Manager, Curtis was awesome! He worked hard to find the parts I needed and they did the repair. These guys really care about their customers 😊

  DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I brought my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for a break pad replacement service on Saturday 6/6/26. I explicitly stated that I wanted nothing more than break pads to be done. A few hours after dropping my vehicle off, I recieved a phone call telling me that the ABS light had come on in the car and the manager insisted that "they didnt touch anything involving that." After which, he told me that the light would go away after driving it for several minutes. A few hours following that, I was told that my car is ready and the breaks are good to go. I arrived, observed my brakes before picking up the keys, and paid for the service. After paying for service, I returned to start my vehicle only to find that the ABS light, the TCS light and the BRAKE light were on. After trying to move my car forward to see if the alerts would clear, i noticed the brake pedal had no affect on the cars ability to stop. I effectively had no usable breaks. I immediately put the car in reverse and told the manager what I had found. His response was that they had test driven it and it was fine. I was told however to return the next day so the tech could review his work. The next day (sunday) I called and was told the tech would not be in until Monday. When I called Monday i was told that the manager i had been in contact with had been let go and that the new manager was unaware of my concerns. This new manager told me that the technician would not be on duty until Tuesday. On Tuesday at around 13:30 I called in to the shop to find that my vehicle was still not seen. After calling corporate office on 6/9 they assured me that the vehicle would be ready that same dat. After 3 straight days of being told just that, I asked to at least have my money returned until the service was complete. I was met with harsh refusal and flagrant attitude. On 6/11/2026 I was told that the car will be ready on 6/15/2026. In addition, I was told that I could not receive a refund because they were not sure what exactly it was that they did to destroy my braking system. The new manager who has been there since 6/8/2026 seems to be trying his best but he can not correct a broken system. The techs dont know what they are doing and the corporate office is nothing more than a penny pinching money scheme. They ruined my braking system and are keeping my car for over a week for a brake pad replacement service. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. There are dozens of better options within an eyes glance of this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. As I write this on 6/11/2026, the manager who has been there since 6/8/2026 is not the problem. The problem is way above his head and will likely never be corrected. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS FACILITY. It has been my civic duty to present this warning to the public, my neighbors of the Randallstown community deserve better. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
