  I had an excellent experience, and I would like to commend the gentleman who assisted me. He was exceptionally friendly, and his positive attitude was truly contagious. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and treated me like family, which I genuinely appreciate. The service provided was both efficient and of high quality, exceeding my expectations in every way. I am very pleased with my experience and will gladly recommend this establishment to my family and friends.

  Devin the manager is absolutely great at his job. 10/10 customer service and car service. If he is unavailable, they have a manager from a different location cover and they are NOT as good. Had an issue with new tires i purchased that the covering person caused, called to get it rectified and Devin handled it great. Fixed the issue 100% Give that man a raise!

  I need to return my vehicle to your shop. Since the tire was replaced on Tuesday, my low tire pressure light keeps coming on. May I please bring the vehicle back on Friday?

  Disappointed, came in for the tire light sign on my dashboard twice issue is still not resolved. Not coming back. Don’t trust your guys know what they are doing.

  My experience was fine. I called ahead to make an appointment for an oil change and the person on the phone said it would be $49.99 and included tire rotation and some other services. When I got there, the staff was very welcoming. Very personable and professional. I'd like for the over the phone reps and in-store staff to be on the same page when it comes to quoting customers. I didn't bother contesting because I knew they would just reset the expectation set over the phone. I've worked in customer service most of my adult life so I understand. But that's the main reason I'm giving four stars and not five. Because outside of that (which is the most important factor) my experience was great. I was in and out in about thirty or forty five minutes. Sidenote, I also asked to have an O2 sensor installed when I called. The gentleman in the store said he wasn't doing any engine work until he was fully staffed. From what I could tell, he didn't perform the oil change service, so I'm not sure why whoever did couldn't.
