Went to autozone told the young man my year make and model so I could get new spark plugs. He ended up giving me the incorrect spark plugs but I didn’t realize until trying to install them. I go back to autozone to get them exchanged and the young lady who helped me said “it’s oil on the spark plugs I’m not taking these back”. So I proceed to tell her about her own policy and she denied me exchanging them. I had to call corporate so they could send me to another store to get them exchanged, HUGE THANKS for that. I’m literally in autozone 1-2 times a week so I was disgusted with that interaction. Will be taking my money to advance auto.

Horrible customer service. I went to get a battery and for it to be installed. The youngman told me they couldn't put the battery in because snow was in front of the store. He told me we can sell you a battery but we can't install it. Of course that was b.s. and when I asked to speak tonthe manager Dominick he acted dumbfounded when asked about that b.s. policy given to me, so I went across the street to advance auto. Great customer service and of course they installed the battery that took about 10mins. I will never go to auto zone again. If you're in the Randallstown area and need auto parts. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to auto zone. I highly recommend go across the street to advance auto.

I was there and bought spark plugs, but they didn't fit my car, so I exchanged them for others, and I had to pay again for the new spark plugs. I was told that the money paid for the unsuitable spark plugs would be refunded to my card, but that didn't happen, they didn't return the money.

This shop closes at 9 I pulled up 8:57 I know it was close to close I have to drive an hour home and this associate refused to help me and showed bad customer service and disrespect. This location does not respect company policy and represents poor customer service. I don’t recommend this shop at all. The employee showed no emotion for letting me drive home in the snow it’s crazy
