Valvoline oil change company values service, attention, and communication. Something that is disappearing everywhere. I witnessed training and I believe the service I received was directly related to it. Great job management and company management! I don’t leave reviews often, but my experience here warranted it.

The guys stayed late to complete a full service on my vehicle. I truly appreciate them willing to take my car last minute before I had a long day ahead.

Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and explained everything that they were doing or everything that should be done very well to not make the process rushed, which I like. Lauren, that did most of the check-in service, didn’t pressure me to complete services that “I” didn’t want to complete like some establishments do, which is one reason I will continue come back. Lauren looked up the recommend services for my make and model and suggested things that needed to be completed based on Carfax,. I let her know that I usually take my car to the dealership to get the major services done. She explained to me, they do everything the dealership does, but cheaper (good to know for the future). Lauren also made a personal connection with me about my piercing and joked with me about not knowing my wife’s email. The manager, Justin, came up after my service to see how everything went and we joked about how we should lay off the energy drinks and was building that personal connection. I work in customer service so I know what my expectations are from my staff and if I could I would this place a 1000000/5 all day every day. One note I would like to add, I had a hard time figuring out how to enter the establishment. Corey ran out and directed me on where to go. I feel like there should be a more clearer sign if your entering from the back side of the entrance (up the hill). But thank you Corey for not making me feel stupid when I missed it. You all are the best.
