  The two Ladies, one named Mae and I do not know the other name worked on my vehicle for the 2nd straight time 6000 miles between oil changes. The first young lady spoke very loud and clear and was straight to the point and she offered me services and she listened to me. Mae performed the oil change for the 2nd time and she was very professional! She focused in on the task like a laser beam and did not talk to any one while she changed the oil. That is 100% professionalism!

  I had a great experience at Valvoline in Prince Frederick. Was able to get in and out super quickly. The guys explained everything that they were doing, helped me save a little money on my service and explained things that the dealership missed when I purchased my vehicle. And the customer service really impressed me today, I will be coming back!!

  I like coming to the Valvoline in Prince Frederick to get my oil changed. There are other stores closer to where I live but this shop is worth me driving just a little bit farther to get to. My main technician was Neko. He was great! He was Patient and he made sure I understood everything that was happening with the car. Also I have a tricky way to access the Cain air filter. He didn’t get frustrated, he simply took his time and figured it out without getting a stain on my white leather interior! Now that is to be applauded. Lauren was kind enough to make sure everything was satisfactory and I was on my way in no time. I’ll be back in 3,000 miles!

  Zach and Neko helped my refined vehicle get its needed maintenance. They were knowledgeable gentlemen who made recommendations in an informative but not pushy way. They were personal, making light conversations, and effortlessly efficient in their work. I had a great experience and look forward my next friendly encounter at this location. Also, although our encounter was brief, the young woman Moe was professional and kind. After dealing with another customer she assisted in finishing the work on my vehicle and also offered salutations.

  Had a fantastic experience at Valvoline today! Even though there was a bit of a line, the team was moving super efficiently to keep things rolling smoothly. First, Dannie came over and was so kind - he clearly explained pricing, gave me some great information on maintenance, and even helped reset my system to clear the check lights on my dashboard. Next, I worked with Lauren, who got my new account set up and walked me through everything my car needed. She was wonderfully patient, friendly, and completely understanding when I had questions or had to pass on a few items due to budget issues. They even sent me home with a helpful printout detailing the maintenance items I couldn't get to today, along with clear explanations of why they're important for down the road. The whole process was fast and thorough, and every single technician working was kind and efficient! I’ll absolutely be back!
