I received the vehicle back dirty, despite receiving an auto-message that it had been freshly vacuumed. The service people stepped on both the driver and passenger door sills. I never step on these and understand they may need to so to reach the windshield. I don't think it is too much to ask that the car be returned to me in the same clean condition as it was when I dropped it off. I don't like having to go behind them and clean the mess they left behind. The workmanship on the replacement windshield seems to be fine.

Had to have my Tesla windshield replaced and this was the only place in the area that could do it. Be aware that there is no way to call them once you have left your vehicle. 2 stars off for sending me off with a dirty windshield - finger prints on the inside, streaks on the outside.

1) they had to many appointments crammed on Saturday - change my original schedule due to overbooking
2) you do not state anywhere about service had to be done at shop for sychonizing

I got no communication from safelite about the ETA of my technician. When I called for customer service and was told I would have someone call me back, nobody did. My technician showed up an hour late past the 5 hour designated service window. By that point it was raining after it being clear skies during the designated service time window and I had to then move my car into the garage and initially was told that the service may have to be delayed. Luckily he still proceeded to complete the replacement.
