  Called recently to set an appoint for a tire fix/patch. Seemed that a call center answered the call and scheduled the appointment, then tried to transfer me to the shop directly. No answer. Mind you, this is shortly after they opened. I arrive early and the place was empty, one guy sitting at the desk - so why didn’t you answer? Immediately the guy is like no we will not patch a tire you have to replace and we only have 1 option ($400+). Meanwhile another local place said they could patch it no problem and were a lot more pleasant (and answered the phone). Ironically enough a family member use to work for Mr. Tire years ago and stopped by to see it. Said oh yeah we patched these all the time. He brought a kit he had ($10~) and had the tire patched/plugged within 10 mins and filled the air back to the correct PSI. Appears this location not only has a rude/unprofessional/useless person (believe he’s the manager) but they also seem to not want to take care of customers and instead try to charge them top dollar for something that isn’t needed. Maybe they have quotas to hit? Would never go back for anything after the experience with that person.

  We were on the trip to catch the ferry from Delaware to Cap May NJ and got nail on ours truck tire Mr. Tire is right there to help us. Excellent job and good friendly service. We were so lucky to get it fix right away (Sunday morning!!) Life saver 🙏.

  As always, the Professiolism greets you at the door. They are knowledgeable and do excellent clean work. They let you know if there is any other problems that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick, MD.

  ​I brought my car in with a flat tire caused by a screw. I already knew my lug nuts had been swollen for the past couple of years, but I'd put off replacing them because they are so expensive—which meant I couldn't change the flat myself. Because the tire couldn't be patched, they replaced it and tracked down new lug nuts. ​He was only able to get eight matching lug nuts that first day, but we agreed that replacing the whole set was the best move for long-term peace of mind. My original plan was to just pick up the remaining parts the next day and swap them out myself down the road. Instead, he told me to bring the car back the following day so he could install the rest of them for me. Thanks to him going the extra mile, I finally have all new lug nuts and the peace of mind that I can actually change my own tire if anything happens.
