  As always, the Professiolism greets you at the door. They are knowledgeable and do excellent clean work. They let you know if there is any other problems that need to be addressed. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick, MD.

  ​I brought my car in with a flat tire caused by a screw. I already knew my lug nuts had been swollen for the past couple of years, but I'd put off replacing them because they are so expensive—which meant I couldn't change the flat myself. Because the tire couldn't be patched, they replaced it and tracked down new lug nuts. ​He was only able to get eight matching lug nuts that first day, but we agreed that replacing the whole set was the best move for long-term peace of mind. My original plan was to just pick up the remaining parts the next day and swap them out myself down the road. Instead, he told me to bring the car back the following day so he could install the rest of them for me. Thanks to him going the extra mile, I finally have all new lug nuts and the peace of mind that I can actually change my own tire if anything happens.

  Service managers were professional and very helpful. Communicated well and let me know about all issues and concerns. Would have been 5 stars, but when I was taking the front wheels off to perform my brake service I had to use a 2-foot breaker bar and still struggled removing the lugs. Techs need to understand the importance of making sure the lugs are torque properly.

  I never went to Mr. Tire. I don't even know where a Mr. Tire is. I went to Goodyear and then got a survey email from Mr. Tire with a link to write this review. Is Mr. Tire trying to blow up off of Goodyear's reviews? What's going on here? I'm sure there's a scam somewhere. EDIT: Now that I've read these reviews, I realize that this link was for one specific store in Maryland. I thought it was a general Mr. Tire review. This really makes no sense now because I live in Philadelphia. I went to Goodyear in South Philly. So, why did I get a link to review a Mr. Tire in Maryland?
