  had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Michael! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to what was going on with my car, helped me find exactly what I needed, and even explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I left confident and taken care of. The store was clean, organized, and the whole team seemed helpful, but Michael truly stood out with his patience and positive attitude. I’ve never gotten the wrong product from Michael and today he knew exactly who i was walking in!! He beyond amazing !! If you need car parts or advice, I highly recommend stopping by AutoZone and asking for Michael — he made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy. Five stars all the way!

  WORST SEEVICE EVER . there is 1 good manager everyone else is terrible. I have expierienced completly rude service, given wrong parts and not wanting to let me return , and my favorite unscrewing parts that shouldnt be touched to change a lightbulb. Than they refused to fix my car and told me to figure it out , after they took it apart. I have contacted corporate and response was o I think i know who your talking about wel talk to him , and than offered me a discount to “make things right” which I never recieved. I will NEVER use this place again, its disgusting how bad of service I have gotten on multiple occasions.

  I spoke with a gentleman named Rick (I believe he is the store manager) and he was incredibly kind, helpful and willing to help resolve my issue. I highly recommend this location and definitely ask for Rick. Much appreciated

  Called to see if I can bring down my part to my care for my core charge and I didn’t catch his name but he yelled at me and said not today or at least while I’m not here and he hung up terrible customer service
