  i believe i interacted with the same African-American woman the other one star review from a month ago is talking about. my battery was bad and came to this location to get it tested and changed if needed. i was nervous and explained what was going on and that i wanted it tested. she would suck her teeth and huff (she even did like a finger shrug? idk what to call it but i could tell it was a rude gesture). wen she responded she was very short and snotty with her tone. i understand if your the only one working and need me to wait but there was no reason for her to be rude. i waited for a minute before i went to the advanced auto parts across the highway. thanked God my car turned on so i could go somewhere that would actually help me.

  Had to make an emergency stop before close, I know it's a bit of a douchy move but as already stated it was an emergency. While working on the vehicle the employees went about their business locking up but instead of going home after a long day, Issac I believe his name tag read had stayed behind. He not only went out of his way to help me but one other gentleman stuck in the parking lot also experiencing some trouble. I never leave any reviews ever but I couldn't help but express my gratitude. Kind souls like that I believe to be key to a great community. Thank you again!

  The attendant was nice. Returned my order politely. They could use a 3rd person helping at checkout to reduce waiting.

  10:30am Saturday June 6th. Store Number 2112. The African American girl at the register when I first walked on was laughing laughing the other girl and seemed like I was an inconvenience the entire time im asking her to search. Shes rolling her eyes , shaking her head, and sucking her teeth. Theres literally no one else in the store..so im not sure why these types if people are even hired to work here. Absolutely horrible customer service and not sure how the store makes money with a person with this type of work ethic behind the counter!!! I hope someone higher up would please address this!!!

  Horrible Customer Service. District Manager is NO help so don’t bother complaining. Just go to another location or deal with the drama.
